Buying on Swappa was easier than an open book, multiple choice test on the alphabet! Found what I wanted and got prompt responses from both Swappa and the seller! Will definitely look to make future purchases on Swappa the next time I'm in need of some tech!
My experience with swappa has been AMAZING to say the least. I have been burned from sellers off craigslist by me unknowingly purchasing fake phones. I was leary of swappa but im glad i went thru with purchase. I got a great deal and an amazing phone
This is the sixth phone I have purchased using Swappa and all of the transactions have been great experiences. Buyer beware, obviously, but if you are reasonable and willing to do your homework, Swappa can be a great way to upgrade or replace your device for less.
Not only did I find the phone I wanted/needed at a very fair price, the item came quickly and as described.
In addition, I was able to sell my current phone very easily through the site, at a fair price and easy transaction.
Can't say enough good about the whole experience! Beats all the other sites/methods of selling or buying phones!

I was looking for a new device, and eBay was too cluttered. I'd heard about Swappa and figured I'd browse. Prices were comparable. I found the right fit for me and purchased.
I really liked the in-app messaging - everything was clearly documented if there was a dispute. I also liked that they forced the seller to include pictures and verify certain things in order to even have a listing.
Unit arrived as described, seller was good to work with. Swappa jumped in the conversation a few times too, which gave me a sense of comfort knowing there was something/someone there. On every message there's a button you can click if you need help, which I assume flags a human to jump in. Swappa really seems to focus on protecting the buyer.
My first stop for mobile device shopping in the future will be Swappa.
Super fast shipping, if anything he over exaggerates the negative as I did not see any flaws on the phone at all. To me it would have been Mint, not Good. He also included lots of extras that he did not mention in the ad. Obviously this was my experience, but he seems like the kind of guy that would do that! Very professional.
I purchased a used IPhone for my daughter. Ultra clear photos of the phone were displayed and the entire transaction went smoothly. I especially like the delay of payment, this assured me the satisfaction of knowing I would not have to battle a charge if the phone was not delivered as described. I will definitely be using Swappa again (instead of craigslist or gazelle).
Little hesitant to buy from this site as it was knew for me. But the site features and information provided before and after sale were pretty awesome. I loved the private sale page where the seller and buyer can communicate and most importantly have an option to alert Swappa staff if needed. Loved the whole transaction.

I ordered a new iPhone 7, it was shipped the next morning and arrived at my house in a matter of day. (I was honestly expecting it to be a week) the phone was exactly as described, works perfectly, very well package. I only wish I knew about this site sooner. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!
I've had a number of great experiences with swappa as well as a number of terrible ones, overall its an okay site, However, they claim that they don't allow junk to be posted yet still there are numerous phones listed in "good" conditions with heavy screen burn, dots on the screens and heavy scratching and it gets frustrating when you're looking for a phone to purchase and when you click on phone listed in good condition you end up realizing that they all have screen burn, a dot on the lcd or heavy scratching to name a few. Perhaps y'all should create a new site specifically for those pretty much broken phones to be sold because its really not a good look for swappa.
I don't believe I have ever had a bad experience in any transaction I've ever made on swappa. The closet was the time where the buyer of one of my devices claimed it would not power on and wanted a refund. He was cool about it but when I got the device back, it powered up with no issue at all. I chalked it up to a case of buyers remorse. Great site, great community...
They have the best customer service and I love that I can count on them if I need help. My emails were answered in less than 5 minutes and on their website it was immediately. I got a great deal on a good phone so I'll be a repeat buyer.
This week I've had 3 transactions with the site and all have gone smoothly. It's a brilliant idea and it's being implemented well. Truly a site that is geared towards those of us that want a hassle free buying and selling experience with out the ridiculous fees that's other sites charge. Will return.
A friend told me buy a used phone from Gazelle... And I'm so happy I didn't listen. I looked up Gazelle on site jabber and the 10 percent satisfaction rate immediately turned me away. Then came Swappa, trustworthy and efficient I am a very happy customer and recommend this to anyone who is looking for a new phone ( that actually works). This site is not a scam and exceeded all of my expectations. Will buy from site again ( hopefully not soon!)

You might as well be buying from craigslist here the amount of support you get when something goes south its like you are on your own but dont you dare claim the $10 dollar fee you pay for buying from this website. Other than that yea would not recommend this website at all.
I've bought 2-3 phones already from Swappa and each time has been a great experience. The first time I purchased a phone was because my original dropped and cracked the screen, as was the second time as well.
This time, my LG G3 sim card reader stopped working. I absolutely loved the phone and didn't want a different one. It's been almost 2 years since I purchased it at the AT&T store, so there are no new LG G3's. This leaves you with the used market area.
I went back to trusty Swappa and found another LG G3 in the same color and everything. It was priced well and I knew I could trust them to vet the device before I bought it. Seller was a trusted business, which had my device to me in 2 business days. As always, A+ experience.
I was a bit hesitant about purchasing a used phone online, but Swappa's return policy and checkout via PayPal make this almost as easy as purchasing a new product. The Swappa customer service is also top notch. I somehow managed to put in the incorrect shipping address in PayPal and the Swappa staff responded almost immediately to help me sort it out. I will definitely be buying from Swappa again and will recommend this to my friends and family.
