I placed an order over a month ago and my order confirmation told me everything would arrive within 2 weeks. That was inaccurate and when I contacted customer support I got a form message. Later I learned through the website that one item in my order was cancelled. After over a month, I realized that another item in my order still hadn't arrived and I had not received any shipping or tracking information. Will not be shopping on swap.com again

I have placed 2 orders with Swap.com, both for boys clothes and for women's clothes. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is 1 pair of boys shorts/pants had a stain that wasn't mentioned. Everything else I have purchased (between 20-30 items) have been great! The prices and conditions are much better than any local 2nd hand shops I frequent. I saved a bunch on sandals for the year already!

My shopping experience was easy and the pictures help the consumer see so much detail. You know what you are purchasing. Loved it! And the delivery was quicker than expected. Individual wrapping was a plus

I was delighted to find the old version of the game "Perfection" on swap.com. I had checked on other sites and some were selling the game for $50 +. I paid $8 for a brand new game - pieces were still attached to plastic holder - and shipping was free. The game was shipped and received very quickly. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Great Place

I saw a segment on Swap.com on WGN Morning News a few weeks ago and visited the site to look. After then viewing a commercial on tv offering 20% off, I didn't hesitate to visit again and order! My purchases (3 Items) were great. The prices can't be beat; I'll be back on site again in the near future!

I've ordered several times from SWAP, and love my orders! The clothes are clean, pressed and individually packaged; the prices are phenomenal, and quality is excellent! I can order several pieces/outfits of high-end clothes for the price of one piece. I LOVE this shopping site!

Like thousands of others, I have a tight budget. I have been on a mission to try to find good clothes that are within my budget... which is not an easy task. I heard about this business on tv and looked it up right away. First thing I noticed was it was a straight forward, easy site to navigate through. I like how I can put in exactly what I am interested, including the condition of the item. I also like that there are many new items every day and I can choose to see the newest and not have to scroll and scroll to see what I have not seen before. So far, I have not received an item that was different then what I expected.
I have recommend this site to all my friends.

Having a bunch of new with tags clothing and nearly new, I thought I would give swap.com, a try. Right off the top 2 of my pricey items never made it, for sale. A brand new pair of trendy jeans with tags on them and a 100.00 pair of boots I may have worn 4 times, GONE. The explanation I was giving was "They must have been recycled"? Recycled meaning they weren't accepted to be put for sale? They don't send you a photo of what they "recycle" so that's, that. Nothing I could do about it. A coat and dress with tags sold for 28.00 each, I received 9.00, for both. I ended up being so frustrated with the theft that took place and the nickel and diming that I bought my own clothes back and paid almost 38.00 to have them shipped back, to me. Terrible experience, I wish I had of read the reviews, prior to doing this. Live and learn but here is your warning. Other reviews claim theft of items, also.

Deceiving

Deceiving people and by promoting 100% refund guaranteed then turn around and give me store credit i feel like i got scammed $50 in store credit with a store i do not wish like doing businesses any more. I actually like the concept but no need lying to customers

Great Shopping

I just found out about Swap on Facebook and have made 3 purchases. I can't begin to tell you about the bargains I got. I bought clothes for my Grandson, Toys for him and a winter coat and hoodies. Everything was either new or like new and so cheap, I was almost afraid to buy. Well as each package arrived and I checked them out, everything was PERFECT. If you have not tried it, then try it now!

I do 70% of my shopping online and I can say I was impressed with the ease of use for the site and the smooth transactions that followed... items at a good price, shipped quickly and in the condition described. What more can a consumer ask for?!?

The only positive thing I can say is the shipping is convienent. I sent Swap.com close to thirty child's clothing items and they only accepted four. The four they did accept were new and one still had tags. The other things sent were in good resale condition but rejected so I paid to ship them back. Since I've been participating@ Parent Connection Swap Meets regularly for the past 5 years I know what will sell and how to price it. So far they sold one pair of leggings I got $2.00 for and they put my other pair "on sale" (unbenounced to me) for $2.50 and sold them. They gave me $0 for that one as their sales price took up all the fees charged. This is a rip off racket for an average seller. Probably great for buyers as they take advantage of the sellers. Beware of the scam!

Thanks to the low cost yet high quality of clothing I have been able to just about re-vamped my entire wardrobe from swap.com. The clothing are almost new to brand new with the tags still attached. The items that were not new was clean and fresh. The cost is pennies compared to other consignment shops I have done business with in the past.

I love this site, my first order was impressive the shirts came individually wrap, and they appeared to be new if they weren't they were close to it. I have already bought more stuff, and I find myself on the site at least once a day.

I sent in a box of items for a refund totaling about $54.00, however, when I received my refund it was for $20.00! I filled out a return slip and now the things I requested to return are removed from my shipment listing, so there is practically NO way I can prove how many items I sent in. They just kept my money! I am so frustrated.

Weeks after you pay for items, this company cancels and refunds several items out of your order. Customers are routinely receiving items more than 3 weeks, even more than a month, after they ordered their items-not at all within the advertised time frame at time of purchase - which is illegal. Many items damaged, not as described, and their return system does not work. They do not respond to emails in a reasonable time frame, if at all. What to do? The BBB has no teeth. Report them to the Federal Trade Commission (just google FTC report fraud), the Illinois Attorney General, and file a chargeback with your credit card company. And spread the word.
