Who runs a viable business this way? Tried to BUY cards 3 times, yes 3 times and 3 times orders cancelled with no explanation. I have impeccable credit so no issues with payment. Just gave a half-a$$3ed sentence or two saying their "team" can just arbitrarily not accept orders and no one but their "team" can say way - AND THEY AREN'T SAYING! Don't waste your time. Now to report to Better Business Bureau!

Really like Overtock.com - they have coupons AND they stand behind their pricing. I had one item go down in price before I received - got on their chat and my credit card received an adjustment in my favor. Took a few minutes! And the quality of items has never let me down - from jewelry to furniture to clothing. Highly recommend you check them out before buying elsewhere!

Found a bathing suit on website but didn't have my size so the website found the suit in my size at a retail store in another part of the country... called them and they honored online price and shipped free. THIS is how a retailer with an online site should be managed! Take note boo to Anthropologie - thumbs down and to other store retailers with online sites - LL Bean has a very successful business model.

Ashamed to say I, too, thought I would be helping out if I bought at ShopGoodwill - after paying too much for items themselves and paying too much for shipping a couple times - I belatedly did my research. DO NOT BUY HERE if you want value shop elsewhere. If you want to help the less fortunate, shop at the bricks and mortar stores or donate directly. With that said, review where your donated money is going... so much siphoned off for CEO and executives it's a shame. I'll stick with eBay and Craigslist.

I have spent several thousand dollars at this store online the past 3 months furnishing a new home. After my last purchase, while awaiting the arrival of the merchandise, I noticed a sheet set was now for salle at at lesser price.
I contacted customer service, they didn't even read my email and said they can't "coupon stack." I resent email restating problem... 2nd email says."we cannot coupon stack." I wrote back telling them I just wanted a credit or adjustment to my credit card and please forward to a supervisor. One week later... NO RESPONSE! (Had similar problem at OVERSTOCK.COM and was resolved in one day - they honored lower price!) Was that too much to ask of Anthropologie?
Apparently, yes and this is one customer with discretionary dollars who will take her business elsewhere!

I do 70% of my shopping online and I can say I was impressed with the ease of use for the site and the smooth transactions that followed... items at a good price, shipped quickly and in the condition described. What more can a consumer ask for?!?
