I recently purchased a pair of Franco Sarto cork wedge sandals... They arrived well packaged in a timely manner and may I add they are gorgeous... They also included a $10 credit towards my next purchase. How awesome is that people... Lets go SHOPPING!... Very pleased... Thank you Swap!

Designer brands, clothing in excellent condition. I got a light olive green suede jacket, with beautiful buttons (with tags still attached) for $15. I have gotten so many compliments for it as well as for other clothing from swap.com.

Once, I bought new baby clothing that was gorgeous and originally expensive at prices that were SO affordable I couldn't believe it.

I like that on the site you can specify not only the size, color and style of items you want to be shown, but also condition in categories like "new with tags", "like new",
"very good", etc.

The one time I had to return a few items that didn't look well on, swap.com made the process extremely easy. The return label was emailed to me and full price was refunded.

It also makes a difference to me that I can use Paypal for payment and don't need to disclose any credit card information.

This is my favorite clothing online shopping site!

Crap Shoot

Buyer beware! Multiple items in different sizes can be bundled and are only labeled as one size. Return policy is crap, as you are out at least 50% of your shipping costs. Talking to customer service is useless, they could care less and come off as very hostile. I messaged customer support and spoke to representative Bria McCallum who was very unfriendly and only put the seller first when it was their and swap.com's mistake. Never again!

Great purchases

So I see there a lot of negative reviews, so I just want to weigh in with my honest review of the services I received. I only made a purchase so far, but items were in fantastic shape and the price was amazing. I got 3 little people sets and a costume for my toddler for 30 dollars. Will certainly use site again...

Total rip off
September 21, 2017

Swap was good when I first started using them a year ago. They have changed the conditions for sellers and it's a rip off. You can no longer price your own items. My last box arrived in May (tracking proves it), but yet it was processed on September 21st. So, even though my box got there before the new rules in July, they still put my box under the new rules because they processed in Sept. This is very shady to me. Will not use them again and will let all my friends lbow as well.

So at some point maybe I'm not saving any money because I'm find so many cool items on this site but that's okay! I have ordered from swap.com several times in the past year and the complaint I did have was handled more than fairly. No company is perfect. I was sad to see so many poor reviews on this site which is why i had to add mine. I've never even heard of sitejabber lol Just like with ebay or amazon or any other e-commerce site, always contact customer service first before complaining. Swap.com is an honest company with great quality items that helps mom's like me on a budget or just bargain hunters! I have purchased a few dozen books, clothing, puzzles, craft items and will continue to purchase in the future. I use to be an avid ebayer but I look on swap.com first.

BEWARE
September 23, 2018

I have been a customer of Swap.com for 6 years. It used to be an outstanding business run by helpful, kind people. Things have changed. Customer Service is rude and unhelpful. Items are not correctly described and are often in very bad shape. They say they have a "no hassle guarantee" but that is a lie since they won't refund your payment when items are returned. The items were so badly worn that I would've been embarrassed donating then to Salvation Army. Customer service as insult to injury. The agent I've dealt with is Phillip and he is rude and snarky. I would just avoid this company entirely. They are dishonest and have no desire to make their customers content.

I haven't worn dresses in years and decided I wanted to again but didn't want to pay a lot but still want a current fashion look. I found three on Swap.com that fit the bill. They were in great shape, clean and packed very nicely. My granddaughter loved all of them, too! And yes, I will tell all of my friends and shop them again. I'm even thinking I want to sell some of my clothing on their site!

Scam alert
August 10, 2015

I didn't expect to make even $20 from selling, but I expected a little money. As other reviewers stated after all the fees I ended up making 0. Their fees added to over $20. There's a $8.90 fee to ship, then $8 invoice fee plus a percent of what you sell. I literally got an email from swap stating 0 dollars was deposited in my Paypal. Acct. The bad news is i had another box on the way and know I am getting screwed on that too.

Way downhill

I began using swap regularly 3 years ago as both a buyer and a seller.
In the beginning you could send in outgrown clothes and pretty much break even buying the next size. Now the prices are so high it isn't worth even browsing. The items being sold are 2x brand new retail in most cases. Why would I pay in store pricing for a used item?
The actual swap feature has also been removed.
The higher prices and new compensation for sellers makes it only a good deal for Swap. I also saw my items being sold by swap.
My last few orders I received items that were not at all as described. Wrong sizes, trashed condition, even giant holes in an item I bought as a gift.
Swap offered no help.
I won't sell or buy from them ever again.

My Own "Personal Shopper"

Swap.com offers the best in on-line shopping for me. User friendly, always quick delivery and an easy return policy for the items that don't fit or just wasn't what I wanted! This is a great alternative to NOT going out and trying on clothes in stuffy dressing rooms or having to interact with store personnel, shoulder to shoulder clothes racks, and other harried shoppers. I love it! (As I sit in my p. J.'s with a cup of hot coffee)

I am in the HR/Recruitment field and I have a lot of new grads starting their careers, that don't have the wardrobe for a professional environment, Swap.Com is my go to recommendation. I have ordered for myself several time and yes I was leery at first thinking the clothes would be just gross, however everything is packaged well, clean and in good nick. Swap.com is the best site ever for adding to your wardrobe without breaking the bank, they have such a wide selection, that anyone will find something to suit, from the trendy to the conservative to the bohemian left of centre things I like. I urge every to check them out, and they are so reasonable compared to other online consignment sites, my last purchase was 7 shirts for less than $40!

Great Experience

I ordered three blouses, and to my surprise they were exactly as pictured. Shipping was a little slow compared to amazon but still arrived within a week. The fact that I could pay thru amazon, a trusted site for me was what allowed me the piece of mind to give this company a try. Great experience overall, I would recommend you give this a try.

They have just changed their return policy, there is no more full refund if not satisfied, now depending on the reason why you're returning they can choose to give you store credit or money back. They apparently changed this policy in April, I just found out tonight and just filed a complaint with the BBB since I was not alerted in any way of this new policy change, and from what I read on BBB apparently no one else did. Shame on Swap for sneaking this new return policy unto customers. It makes no sense! Sizing varies greatly from brand to brand... Complete nonsense. Specially since they don't even list measurements.

So glad I found Swap!

I am so glad I found Swap. Grand kids grow so fast it's silly to buy expensive cloths that they can only wear for a short time.
As for me I like to change out my closet from time to time and have found nice things by shopping Swap. They also give you postage paid on returns. That is a great feature. I like it!

The prices for the most part are great esp when sales are happening. There are some over priced items though. It would help alot of they added more description to there items, measurements, cut of jeans ect. Checking out can be a pain because if someone bought something in your cart then you need to wait 15 min to try to check out again and sometimes the item that was 'bought' will actually still be available, probably because someone tried checking out at he same time and its like a race who can buy it first. I paid extra for expedited shipping and it still has been over a week even with fedex. The first time i ordered i had free shipping but it took almost 2 weeks. I will keep using the site though because of sales, codes, and you can get many items for a good price. I just bought 11 pieces mostly jeans for $40

I am so happy with my purchase from swap.com! Not only was i able to find multiple dresses, swimsuits, shoes, and matching outfits for my toddler girls, but i also was able to find brand new room decor for less than a quarter of the price if i had bought new from a big chain retailer. My girls room is precious with giant tree and flower decals, and closet full of pretty like new dresses thanks to swap! AND the best thing was the price! Package came right to my door! So convenient thanks again :)

I wanted some maternity outfits for work and some casuals. It was an unexpected pregnancy and we were not ready to take on huge expenses however in searching the various sites I realized that it would cost me much more than I could afford. Then I went to swap. Com and read the reviews and decided to take a chance even though the items were not new. I only purchased those items"in good condition" I am satisfied with the all the 11 pieces that I bought for the price that I paid. I would recommend to anyone who wants to save on costs.

I have been shopping at swap.com for awhile now. I love the clothes and if they don't fit I have easily returned them. They make it all so easy! Everything I had received has been in excellent shape or new! I check this site at least once a week and love when people complement what I am wearing and I can tell them how much I payed for it.
