I tried to place an order 3 times in response to an unsolicited ad for 10% off and free shipping. After 20 min and 3 chats, I was told to proceed with the order even though it charged for shipping without the discount.
One operator said I'd only get the free shipping after I entered the card.
When I went back to the offer, it disappeared (now that they had my email for nonsensical ads). Instead, when I logged on, the prices had been increased markedly.

Sneaky stuff. Would stay away.

Swanson vitamins has a long history of price fixing while you are shopping, just Google your item and look for the cheapest price which will be Swanson's own site, select the item from their site showing the low price ie. $10 a bottle, however as you shop the price in your cart WILL change without notice to you which then is $13. This happened to us trying to buy some Garlic supplement. It also happens with other items. If you select one of their offers to provide your email that will also change the pricing or the offers to buy one get one free.

Never Any Problem

I just received my order today June 13,2022 - it's probably my 10th Swanson order over many years. Usually I buy the organic instant coffee, eye wash, fresh nuts that sort of thing. I took a chance to stock up as the organic instant coffee was cheap with the sale offering. The expire date is great - Feb 2025. Some websites take longer to ship to me in California such as Swanson's being in North Dakota. I ordered on June 6 and received 7 days later.

As I was about to reorder a high bioavailable product, I discovered they had changed their formula by adding cheaper, less bioavailable ingredients. Then they censored my negative review about the newer/cheaper product and refused to post it. This site should NOT be trusted; they lost my business. Please read ALL labels, even if you've already purchased the product previously; they switch formulas (probably hoping that the consumer won't notice).

Ordered my items on July 16,2020 and it still isn't here on July 28,2020! CoVid has nothing to do with it. Ordered before during the same time period and received it within 4 days. Another thing, if they say they are delivering it UPS then why is it being delivered by the postal service? The reason why is these companies are taking advantage of the taxpayers via the US. Postal Service kind of like Amazon does I've heard! You seriously need to fix this problem or people like myself will buy elsewhere!

I placed an order with this company on 7/15. As of 7/21, I have not received any verification of my purchase. I have no idea when I will receive my order, if ever. I contacted customer support 2 times with no response. Also, their discount code offers are shady. How do they offer a discount when their products are listed as "reduced"? Regardless, I won't be using this site for my future purchases. I have 3 other very reputable sites I can use instead. I wouldn't recommend anyone else use this site; there are too many other online options available to have to succumb to the poor customer service of this sketchy site.

I have found Swanson's to have a a great selection and excellent prices on high quality products. I have also found their customer service to be some of the best I have experienced anywhere.

They shipped on time and I received my order about when I expected it.

I always research a company before I buy from them, and now having used them, I can not say enough good things about them. I can't imagine getting my vitamins from any other source. I would recommend them to anyone!

Swanson is advertising free shipping and then adding on a shipping and handling fee ($1.99) just before checkout. I am sure they hope most customers won't notice this fee. This is false and deceptive advertising. Unfair to customers who have purchased products from them for many years.

I was attempting to place an order online and when I went to update my shopping cart, all of the prices changed and the total was now $14.00 higher. I attempted to do an online chat to no avail with the person stating that they didn't have those items at the prices listed on their website? This stinks! I am done with Swanson Vitamins.

I have been using Swanson Vitamins for many years and am very satisfied with their products and service. I use a number of herbal supplements and vitamins to control my blood sugar and overall well being. The products my husband and I use are always high quality, and do what they say they will do. I have never had any order or shipping issues.

2 weeks and the order still not received. Tracking info seems bogus and without an update since "your order was shipped" 5 days ago. Hiding behind Covid excuse while I've had NO problem from the other mail order items that have been received within 3-4 days.
Never again.
I should have read the reviews first, never would have ordered with them.

Lousy Service
July 8, 2021

I placed an order for several supplements on 19 June 2021. I have been following up on my order via their chat service as well as thru email but never heard back from Swanson until I decided to call their customer service number only to learn that they seem to have not shipped my products!

I told the agent to just cancel my order but I was told that I can't since the products are on its way.

I insisted to cancel and told them to refund my money and was told again that it will take 3-4 weeks to make a refund.

This will give them a total of 6-7 weeks holding on to my money!

I am truly disappointed with Swanson!

I recently bought a product from Swanson and it did not work as advertised. It had quite a few positive reviews. Upon trying to post a review about my experience with this product I was informed that it could not be published. So Swanson does not publish any negative reviews. I should have check on the negative reviews of this company before I ordered from them

They sell product already a year old and give you a two-year life on the product so one year is already gone by the time you get it. Don't buy in bulk or you'll be stuck with expired product like I was. They will not under any circumstances take the expired product back. I pitched a lot of expired product and a lot of $$$'s only after finding this out. I will never buy from this company again!

Incredibly Bad customer service.

Great experience

This was my first order with Swansonvitamins.com. I found a great price on an item I wanted, so in spite of the not so great reviews I ordered it anyway. The shipping was as described. I actually called customer service before I placed the order to confirm the shipping cost. There was a special so I got $0.99 shipping typically it's $5.99. What I ordered was rather heavy (6 jars of better than bouillon and a large bottle of hair conditioner) so I was concerned about what other reviewers said about extra shipping charges. I was charged the correct amount and nothing else added on. I also had to call customer service and get a replacement for one of my jars because it was damaged. I was able to get in touch with customer service right away and the replacement was sent out the day after. Both orders were delivered within 4 days of placing the order.

I placed an order with 2 day shipping. It didn't arrive in two days. I went out of town and when I got back, 10 days later, it still hadn't arrived.

I reached out to customer service and they said that my order was held up because my billing and shipping address didn't match. I reviewed my
Order confirmation email and confirmed that they did match. I asked why they didn't notify me about this issue sooner. They said they sent an email, which I never received in my inbox nor spam.

Poor customer service, uncommunicative, and all around terrible experience.

Spend your money somewhere else.

EDIT: They sent me a replacement

Bought a four month supply of a vitamin, third bottle's contents were covered in a brown powder. Turns out the container was cracked and the contents are covered in tiny shards of glass. Being that I bought four months worth and I didn't open the bottles until needed all customer service told me was it's past the 30 day refund period, and that I should just throw away the damaged item...

Ordered 2 times from swansoneurope so can definitely say that they answer fast during working hours and delivery time is also very fast. My orders came on the second business day after placing them (dhl express).

As for quality of products not sure yet as my first order was in mid May. But when I take these supplements I can feel that it is not just placebo and it is working. As for results, I need to take more time to understand.

One disadvantage I could mention - hard to understand when it is possible to order needed products if something is out of stock. Support saying they will inform me, but nothing more. So I am not sure If they will:)

All the rest at the moment perfect, so definitely 5 stars.

I have been their customer for years but recently I am very disappointed with their return policy. They are dishonest and I won't deal with them any more. Why I need to spend money on someone that I don't trust?!
