They let you almost complete the booking and then tell you the rate is sold out when they've supposed to have "held" it for 30 minutes (timer in the top right corner). When you put in your credit card info and click book, it says "oh sorry, the rate is sold out but here's other deals on the hotel" which are more than what other sites charge. Total scam.
I have an Issue with the Hotel, it was in such a bad condition that I did not do the check in. Super.com does not have a phone number, no help, no reimbursement. NO customer service. This people request an letter from the hotel via chat, a formal letter from the Hotel for the reimbursement and it will charge a big fee, this is a scam. Do not use. The crazy part is super.com does the reservations trhu Expedia and when you call them, Expedia bounce you back to them.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I want nothing further to do with this company. I had the worst experience ever with this third-party company and will be sure to make lots of reviews about it. First of all, I booked a specific hotel which seemed fine. Even the day before I had received a text message about our check in. Luckily, I called the actual hotel myself because they let me know they were fully booked and I didn't have a reservation. Had I not taken it upon myself to check with the hotel I would've shown up there with nowhere to stay. Super offered to switch me to another hotel after being on and. Off the phone with you guys which I had accepted. Again, the same thing happened I called the new hotel multiple times to see if I had a reservation which I did not. I spent hours of our vacation going back and forth on the phone with this pathetic company being given no information other than that someone would call me. Even with that I was told they'd call me within the hour, then it was changed to 2-3 hours and I didn't receive a call for 6+ hours. It's absolutely ridiculous and totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
On top of all that, I checked my credit card this morning and they're trying to double charge me. This company should be shut down.

I used Super.com to book Dreams at Playa Mujeres. The advertised rate from Hyatt and from the hotel directly was quite high! I looked up alternative options and came across Super.com. The price was approximately 50% of the normal rate and I thought "wow! I hope this is legit". I decided to book it. Not only was it legit, but when I checked in I was taken to the Preferred Lounge and had access to all of the "Preferred" amenities. It was really a special treat! I will absolutely use Super.com again when I travel. Wonderful!

Best location hotel for the Sphere concerts. Simple hotel but very spacious. Plus you only pay five dollars for resort fees and you are 15 minutes from the concert at the Sphere.
Our stay for the wedding in the hotel was lovely.

We needed to secure a last minute trip and needed a decent place to stay. We tried booking on a few of the traditional sites and the rates were pricey. With Super we save over 40%.

We did not have a pleasant experience at APX World Square recently - upon arrival, it was very disorganised and we were not acknowledged by the staff for up to 10 minutes. The entrance was non existent nor easy to find, and it smelled terrible - like being at the rubbish dump.
After experiencing a few minor issues from a toilet roll holder being detached from the wall, water leaking out of the shower all over the floor and the apartment overall being tired and rundown, unlike the photos we were shown online; we did not receive a king bed like we requested within the booking.
Instead of the company looking to resolve our experience, they decided that lecturing us was more constructive and persisted that they were not liable for anything we brought to there attention that day. They blamed the third-party we booked through for false advertising and said they have emailed them several times regarding the same issue - we asked if we could be shuffled to a room with a king bed as we are both tall lads and need the room, however, they were persistent that based on the price we paid ($383 for 2 nights, 2 people), we already had a good deal. We were unable to cancel the remaining night of our accommodation as well without being charged a termination fee.
Absolutely no pride in customer service and they seemed just money hungry and arrogant. Cleanliness was lacking too, which added to my anxiety - all surfaces were fairly dirty, apart from the toilet and basin in the bathroom - the air-conditioner vents and unit were covered in black dust as well as the furniture and windows outside. Further, the bedroom door was not completely painted in our bedroom. The bed had king size pillows with only standard pillowcases on a queen size bed.
Always like supporting local or small business, however, staying at APX Haymarket has put me off completely and I will most likely go back to booking for well known hotels.

Booked a non refundable hotel. This was fine and not the problem. According to my email I would only be charged an additional $20 resort fee and that is the only additional fee I would pay. $62 later I am charged for parking which is not indicated at all on my reservation. If you are selling hotel rooms then you should tell people all of the fees involved. Called customer service and no help. They are playing games and not actually acknowledging that they were mistaken. Do not use this company at all.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
