I reserved a hotel room for one night, and the hotel told me that the transaction information was not valid. It was like super.com gave the hotel wrong information about my payment just took my money. And the receptionist said that the reservation was not from 'super.com' and it appeared as 'expedia.com' idk why but it was already getting hella suspicious. So I had to make another reservation at the lobby without getting any refund. What makes it worse is their customer service. I cannot even talk with a single person from super.com from that night which made me report this case to my credit card company. Super.com contacted me after I started the dispute and said since I started the dispute they will not going to anything about me. super.com is truely ridiculous. ***** NEVER EVER USE THE WEBSITE *****

I would highly not recommend using this company to book any hotel for travel purposes. They do not assume any responsibility for the quality of the booked hotel, and if you are in trouble with the Hotel or you have any issues they would simply withdraw and leave you alone without any support. That's what happened to me as well they said they do not take responsibility for the hotels I booked with them. I stayed in a hotel without a toilet for three days. They said I should sort it out with the Hotel. Of course the Hotel turned their back at me even they accused me of blocking the toilet yet the flushing system was very dodgy and old. Then I went to Super.com to highlight this issue. They washed their hands and they said this problem has nothing to do with them. Please go to a well established and renown organisation like Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expedia or Agoda. I would stay clear from this company at all costs. You have been warned. But if you are adventurous and would like to take risks go ahead wishing you lots of good luck as you would need a lot of it.

I was very happy with the ease of using this service. I was a little hesitant because I had never heard of them but I was able to book a room with breakfast included that no other sites offered at a lower cost. No extra charges at the hotel either. Highly recommended. Only downside was that I could t get points for the stay but not a big deal for us.
We trusted Super to get us a hotel room. We paid and then traveled to our hotel only to find out we didnt have a room. They even sent us a confirmation for a room we evidently never had. When contacted them they still didnt get us a room. We had to find one ourselves at the last minute and ended up paying a lot more. Please dont use this company. Save yourself the headache and added expense.

I appreciated the reminder text a day before our trip with directions to the hotel and check-in was a breeze when we arrived. I would use this service in the future.

I have booked a room at a hotel via super.com and 2 days before the stay my car broke down, not to be fixed until the next week. I have tried to use the refund option as I had no means of transport, however super.com refused the refund because the request was made more than 24h before my stay.
As I did not want to lose the money I have paid for the hotel, I have borrowed my friend's car and myself and the kids got there in the end.
I have booked this specific hotel purely as it had a pool. In the search engine I have specified that it should have a pool. When we arrived we were advised that the pool is being renovated. It does say so on the hotel's website( which I didn't check before as I have booked through super.com) and the receptionist has shown me that other booking service websites as booking.com etc show the information as well. Super.com though doesn't, nor do they state that in their booking confirmation. So you can imagine I was in a hotel with 3 extremely disappointed children as they were very much looking forward to using the pool during our stay.
Needless to say, I had to pay for swimming sessions for 2 days and then return home.
Super.com is advising that they cannot control the quality of the hotel and they refuse to take any responsibility over the lack of accurate information on their booking site. They refused to refund and their advisors are very unwilling to support. They keep rephrasing the same "use the refund form on your booking" without actually taking into consideration the information they are provided with. If you ask to speak to supervisors, they are as unhelpful and basically repeat the exact same things as the advisors as if they're reading from a script. No following e-mails are provided and nobody is willing to provide details about their complaints procedure, you just get given the travel support contact e-mail.
Every time I have asked what the complaints procedure was or contact details for the complaints department they refused to provide this and the chat was terminated.
Absolutely horrid experience, do not pay the extra for the refund option as you will never get refunded.
I will be sure to use more reputable booking services from now on.

The room I had a problem with! The tub leaked, from the wall! Taking a shower or bath was a task, there was water all over the floor, all of the towels had to be used to line the floor! I let the front desk know, they said they'd send maintenance when we left to go to the funeral we were there for. Also, they offered another room, but we were leaving the next morning. I had a too much stuff to move and I didn't go there to work! I had a long drive back home. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, the service was great!
Super.com is Terrible. When I got to the room it had bedbugs and super.com will not issue a refund even though the hotel issued a refund to them. Do not use them! Use priceline. They also send you emails to play games for money. Just don't use them.

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
