The site will not help you if for some reason the hotel rejects your state issue photo id. Wouldn't refund my last 50 dollars wouldn't help get me another local hotel garbage asf
Our room was at the end of the hall, which was perfect and very private. No one walked past and it was quiet. The concierge staff was very accommodating and personable.
I made a reservation and with 3 days to go before arriving at the hotel, I called directly to confirm the reservation and they informed me that there was no reservation. I contacted Super.com to get a reservation number that they could validate at the hotel, not only did they not provide it, but they did everything they could to delay the process making me lose a lot of time. Finally, with 10 minutes to the limit, I managed to cancel the reservation and make it directly with the hotel with a strong surcharge. It is true that with the cancellation I was refunded the amount in 12 hours.

Some properties only reveal reservation details internally as the check-in date nears, while others have immediate access to this information once the reservation is completed.
We checked our records and see that you have already canceled your reservation on February 12,2024, and the full refund has already been issued to your original mode of payment.

Taking a bucket list vacation. Amtrak rides through the mountains to Winter Park Mountain Resort. Planned it bought my hotel months before the trip. Unfortunately there was a major accident on the Amtrak line that took me to my hotel which the hotel was very aware of. And they had no problem not charging me and holding me to that because of what happened what they did say was we haven't received any money from super.com yet so you're going to have to go ahead and get your money back from them. So I contacted super.com. They stated they would contact the hotel to see if they would prove it. Well first off the hotel never received any money from super.com so they weren't holding any money. And as of days after my reservation was over the hotel still has not received any money. They never said they wouldn't return my money or to even talk to super.com. But super.com sent me that letter saying that the hotel refused even though I went through and jumped through the hoop to get them the information that they needed to give me my money back. They said it would take up to 14 days they contacted me an hours they never contacted super.com. super.com out and out lied they didn't give the hotel any money they won't give me my money back. So then I did some research on them as it turns out a lot of people show up at their hotels where there's No Reservations have to pay out of their pockets if there are any rooms even available. And then when they contact super.scam they don't get their money back. They are nothing but liars and scammers and I would never ever use them and they're not even belong to the Better Business Bureau. So I will be attaching pictures. I have been spending so much time trying to get my money back from these scumbags that I have my confirmation number memorized.

My hotel shuttle did not function so I had to take a taxi. The Hotel says they issued a refund (to cover the cost of the taxi) to Super.com, BUT Super.com will not help me whatsoever. I will not ever use super(unhelpful).com again.

If I could give this company no stars and have my complaint heard I would so first off I paid over $100 for this property on this site I get there it's 64 to book it I walk into my room immediately I smell mold I look up there's a hole in the ceiling the floor is not even nailed down correctly there's holes in it there was a disgusting freaking sandwich in the fridge empty Fireball containers in the dresser the lamp is broken they didn't even give me a clean blanket and I couldn't even take a shower because they refuse to give me towels and literally the toilet wasn't even screwed down correctly I couldn't get any sleep because there's literally junkies outside making drug deals all night and upon bringing it to super.com's attention no one was willing to help me because I am unwilling to go talk to the property they're refused to change my room...kudos.to a $#*!ty customer experience Thanks super for exposing me to mold

I booked a hotel 1300km away from me. Drove 16 hrs to be told, sorry, the booking doesn't exist with the hotel. I then contacted super.com through support. They kept me waiting 4 hours whilst they tried to retrieve the booking. So thats a total of 20 hours journey time. Having had no success in retrieving the booking, the support agent offered me a refund and said it will be in my account within 2 days. 2 weeks have passed and they haven't responded to 3 of my emails to the support email address. This is my experience. I feel scammed. I am trying to retrieve the funds through my bank now but in honesty I have the email chain supporting the funds should rightfully be returned. Shame this is the case in this day and age.

I understand that the booking is made through a third party, but the funds were taken by super.com and were due to be refunded by super.com. The onous of customer service to be provided is with super.com and not a third party. I have provided additional details relating to the booking on trust pilot today.
They provided the response to look proactive, then they forget to contact you! Please people, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM, THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE MOST LIKELY FAKE! STAY AWAY, MANY EXPERIENCED THE SAME AS ME!

Found super.com through kayak.com. They had the best prices out of all the sites by far! When there was a price drop, I was notified and it was easy to cancel my reservation and rebook it at the lower rate. Our hotel stay was exactly as we booked and a great hotel and deal. Beds were comfortable, we slept amazing! Will definitely use your site again and recommend!
So rewards are real but I've had almost $200 worth of rewards not hit my account. I did Doordash offer for $50 and no rewards was ever awarded to my account. Also half of the paid reward offers for games don't work. They are poorly integrated with Adgate media. You wont have much luck submitting claims with Adgate media, you will receive an automated email asking for proof over and over again (screenshots) even after you do it the first time. Super updates the site/app frequently and as a result you can no longer track reward progress and also you no longer have the ability to see the games/rewards you are participating in. To resume why would you want to participate in a rewards program that cheats you out of the rewards you earn? Try Freecash instead. Also I'm giving Adgate Media 2 stars for the poor support experience.

My experience with super.com was extremely disappointing. I made a reservation and even accommodated a change in the date, which I promptly communicated to the hotel. Despite providing all requested documentation, including a PDF document with the hotel manager's signature and detailed information, they claimed the hotel wouldn't approve the cancellation. This assertion was false, as I was present when the cancellation was made without any penalty. It's disheartening to encounter such dishonesty and lack of support. It's evident they only pretend to offer assistance while offering zero actual support. My booking number is B_*******, and based on this experience, I will not be returning to this company and certainly won't recommend it to anyone.

Very reasonable pricing, the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming, and very accommodating. I was nervous because of first time being in this area and traveling alone however the room was quiet and clean and comfortable bed and I felt very safe.
Site was easy to use. Cost was cheaper than Priceline. No issues at hotel. Not gonna lie, after I booked it was afraid I had just been scammed. But happy it was the real deal!

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
