I didn't mind giving a tip but was a little bit taken aback by the time I thought £1 is ok for a tip it was too late. It would be quite appealing to give a tip if you change the statement to something like (would you be willing to give a £1 tip or please kindly leave a tip if you may. Thanks)
Companies like this should not exist. Sad how u guys try to screw over customers. Booked a room threw website Hotel could not find reservation. So i had to pay again.
I booked an hotel stay through the super.com website for a business trip. While the booking itself went well and I encountered no issues at check-in, everything that followed was an issue.
Being this a business trip, I needed a receipt from the hotel. Once I got it, I realized that the price that I had paid on super.com was about 40$ higher than the hotel invoice. I understand that some of these might be service fees, but even the fare for the night was not the same, being about 20$ more expensive on super.
Secondly, I needed an invoice that shows my credit card information (last 4 digits). I contacted the support center and I got sent a link to access the invoice - the same link that you already get in the confirmation email. Which tells me that either the person from the support (shoutout to Kevin) does not understand what "I need an invoice that shows the last 4 digits of my credit card" means, or that he thinks I am stupid. Kevin then proceeds to tell me which are the last 4 digits of the credit card but still refuses to provide me a receipt that shows that info, and while I ask if there is any alternative method, he very rudely just shuts the chat down.
Finally, if you fall under some tax exempt, they do not refund you.
They also do not provide any reasonable explanation for why they cannot do something, beside saying they cannot.

I would relate them 0 or - if I could. I canceled my reservation that I paid for cancelation insurance and instead of canceling my reservation they charged me again so no I have X2 charges on my visa of $987.34 for a hotel I'm no longer able to attend as my vacation plans changed. Do not use this booking website. I will be calling Visa fraud department and getting charges Removed. Book with hotel instead of this scam site.

I booked with them and went to the hotel only to find out they don't accept same city residents. They wouldn't give me another hotel they wouldn't give me my money back. They are complete scammers! Don't use them it will be a mistake

I was charged by both the hotel and Super. I have submitted a ticket via Super.com and provided the receipts and proof I was double charged. I was told this would be resolved in 72 hours and after two weeks they have still not resolved the issue.
Sae your money and book direct with the hotel! Lesson learned!

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
