Using this site was very fast and easy. Prices etc...clearly laid out.
Booked our room for a ridiculously low price. Upon arrival, just provided my ID to the hotel and was told yhe reservation was all taken care of. Did not need to present credit card even. Only ID. Would definitely use Super again!
We were looking for a site through which we could book accommodations in Las Vegas. Super.com was the best value but, more importantly to us is that the site was easy to use and check in at the resort was smooth as glass. Using this site again!

I usually do not use third party dealers for travel (flights/hotels) because I would rather deal directly with the airlines and hotels.
However, Super.com rates are so phenomenally low I can't resist! Quick, easy and specials on top of specials. I get 3-4 star hotels (big reputable chains) for Pennies on the dollar.
I'm extremely disappointed with Super.com's service due to a duplicate order that resulted in my payment being processed twice on their platform. When I contacted Super.com to request a refund for the double charge, I encountered a frustrating and convoluted process. First, when I requested a refund, they asked for documentation, such as an email from the hotel authorizing the refund. After obtaining this, they changed their requirements and asked for a "notarized" or "certified" document from the hotel. However, the hotel told me that they could only provide this to the third party who made the booking. Although the hotel approved the refund for the duplicate order, Super.com refused to contact the hotel directly to obtain this information, leaving me stuck in a bureaucratic loop and paying twice for one room. Due to their lack of transparency in the refund process, I would not recommend this service at all.

I used this website to book a hotel for my son's tournament and believe or not it got me a better rate than the one initially offered by other platforms.
I have booked twice using this site and I have zero complaints. Lowest price and no troubles when at the hotel.
I accidentally booked the same hotel twice on the same night. I tried to change the one night and was told I could not make any changes to my reservation. So super travel will get paid twice for the same room. I will never use them again and I would advise anyone trying to save a few bucks SUPER TRAVEL will not save you any money only take it from you. Terrible company with Terrible customer service.

Same Hotel which were costly on other hotel booking websites are found cheaper on this website
We were looking to book a last minute hotel, checked our employers recommendations, searched google for deals, but the best prices at the same locations was thru Super.com. Will use them four next adventure for sure!
The staff is very friendly. The room and common areas are very clean. The breakfast was amazing! The cute little waffles are fun! I was most impressed that the eggs were not rubbery like most buffet style places.
Used this company to book a room at a hotel for a personal trip. Not the best rate but good. Requested a first floor room. Arrived at the hotel to check in and was told that they had my reservation but did not have any rooms available. Had to find my own accommodations at the last minute. Called to complain and got nothing. Had to dispute their no refund charges with PayPal. This company is not to be trusted and might be a scam. Don't say you weren't warned.

But then hotel says you still have to pay tax as they did not receive it from super

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
