I booked a hotel on Super.com and even purchased the insurance. After looking at multiple reviews of the hotel I booked, I decided it wasn't quite the hotel for me. I went on to Super.com and tried to cancel and receive a refund on my reservation due to a "change in the organisers schedule." In other words, I (the organiser) decided I don't want to stay at this hotel based on online reviews. My request was denied and their reasons for a "valid" reason to cancel are absolutely ludicrous. How in the world does one provide a change in schedule with some sort of "proof?" It's similar to requesting to cancel because I know I'll have COVID prior to my hotel stay. I also called their phone at *******577 only to be transferred to someone who could not help me, and who had clearly heard of similar frustrations before.
This company is a scam, and regardless if you got a great deal on a room, there is something to be said about customer service, of which this company is lacking.
We were in a foreign country and needed a safe and clean hotel close to the airport, Super.com popped up as a purchase option. It was easy to sign-up and the payment process and hotel reservations were prompt and succinct.
Rommel from the live chat is a nightmare and doesn't want to help at all, I had two separate bookings, one booking has a clear statement for the resort charge at the bottom of my booking confirmation, but the other one doesn't have this information at all, and I was overcharged nearly $100, and Rommel just seems not interested in helping me figure out what's wrong, this is definitely misleading

Got a hotel in short notice. Booking was easy, pricing was great. Thought it might be a scam but when I got there, the concierge had my info and checking in was seamless.

I already hate technology. I will never attempt to use this garbage site again. I was sent to super.com through rakutan and tried to book a hotel over 20 times! It constantly timed out and kept giving me the message: we're sorry your session has timed out with me furiously trying to fill out the information. Most of the info I tried to have ready in copy and paste or auto fill and it still wasn't enough time before session timed out, probably under 1 minute. I was literally going to smash my computer. So much extra stress trying to book a stupid hotel room. But thank goodness I checked reviews and found out it's not just the original booking session that's terrible, it's also your entire service. Lucky for me I didnt have as horrible an experience as everyone else losing hundreds of $ or showing up and not even having a real booking. Your company should be ashamed of yourselves. Shut down your site, it's $#*!ing garbage.

It was the easiest checking I've had when using a travel app & an excellent hotel! Not a cheap roach motel filled w drug afdicts. I asked for late check out they said no problem & free of charge. Unlike thoe crappy hotels that want to charge you $25 for late check out. I'll definitely use this app in the future

I have only used it twice so far but I'm going to use it again this week. Both times I got the absolute best rate that I could find anywhere both times over $50 cheaper than the apps I was looking at. I would use it every time.

He is thorough in his inspection and gives great customer service would not hesitate in using super inspect again
I called the hotel directly and was quoted a price for the night, then went to super.com and reserved the same exact room for $30 per night less!

I had never heard of this website, so was skeptical. I was at the counter of my hotel and the best the offered was $124 a night. I thought it was odd Super offered the same room for $88/night. I thought I was getting scammed somehow, but I trusted it. I booked and the women at the counter informed me she received my booking.
With that said, legit. Definitely try this to save a little cash.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
