Their fees are excessive imo. The customer service 'chat' function is handled by incompetents who reel off pre-scripted responses and do not address any issues you may have. I would NEVER use them again
Tried Super.com with a bit of hesitation but price was best and experience at the Novotel was fab. Booked in again the next day too haha!

I'm a fan of a slick UX. super.com is pretty easy to navigate and book with. However, there's something uncomfortable about how fast they grab your money and send booking, almost feels like you've made a mistake without being able to process what you've seen onscreen. The reason for my low review is that I had to cancel and was told refunds appear 3-5 business days afterward. That didn't happen. When I tried to contact customer service the website says Chat is the moat efficient and responsive way to connect with the team. They had me waiting 26 minutes, no response and no automation to say "sorry try back later." I finally phoned and found the staff cheerful but not too interested in reassuring the customer. I'm a huge fan of booking.com and will pay more on booking.com than entrust super.com with my money.

We can see that the refund was processed the same day you cancelled your reservation and it is mandatory for us to inform you that it usually takes 3 - 5 business days. This is based on how fast your financial institution is able to process the refund for it to reflect on your account.

I wish you would accept American Express cards, everything else is perfect! I had no problem at all to make my reserve, the page is very friendly.
This site is very easy to navigate and found me the best deals when I was trying to book a hotel. It was a very quick process, and got me a price way lower than other sites. I had no problems booking it or checking in. I would definitely use this site again for future bookings!

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
