This place sucks they keep charging me for $#*! I'm not even buying... I paid for a motel that then kicked me out because we were there for like a week already so I booked a non refundable room and then the hotel manager kicked us out cause the room was dirty and I was going to clean it up but the said just leave after I had paid through this website the man wouldn't refinance and told me that the super.com would have to refund my money well they didn't he kicked me out no refund and I had 4 kids and ho place to stay and no money cause they f
Took it so do not use this site it's not worth the money u save especially now since they charge my card 14.99 every month now so I had to shut the card they have on file off... don't trust it this place sucks don't use take my situation as warning don't unless u like giving ur money away with nothing g in return... thanks don't dp it

Good luck trying to get someone to process a refund, you'll have 5 different individuals emailing you about the same thing, and once you respond, they ghost you and 'accidentally' close your case. Oh. And when the hotel's REGIONAL MANAGER emails them to refund your money because you were wronged, they will respond saying a cancellation is in progress... then ghost you again. When you respond to them to confirm the situation, someone else emails you and says 'We don't have proof of the hotel saying that you need a refund'. Like if you want to steal my money just $#*!ing tell me, stop playing $#*!ing games. Does your company get off on playing broken telephone?

I have called them 5+ times and spoken with customer support, emailed Cathy, EJ, Sane, Aya, Kath, and who the $#*! knows if those are even real people. NO ONE RESPONDS TO YOU.

Asking Super.com to correct a wrong and give you a refund is causing me mental and physical pain. Never book through them.

Wonderful service and deals

Their website was very easy to navigate. I found some deals that were fairly good. But when a better deal came along they actually text me to let me know and that's what I ended up booking. I was so incredibly happy because it saved me $110. That was an amazing deal thank you Super.com.

Scam alert

This Super.com try to stole $14.95 3 times in a single day, saying that when I book a room with them, I signed for a membership, THAT IS FALSE, I never signed nothing, I just booked a hotel room, that's it, but they have a hide scam on the website, so no way to avoid that, thanks to my bank that didn't pay for that.

Super.com charged a competitively discounted rate for the hotel room. Booking and check in was completed without incident. When we checked out, however, Super.com had only transferred a portion of the amount they collected from us at time of booking. When I pursued the matter, the customer represented dismissed my complaint saying Super.com charges the booking customer a small fee to operate their business. That small fee was $179 for a $1048.00 booking. Nowhere in the Super.com booking screen is that fee structure disclosed, and we contend a hidden 18% fee is usurious.
