I found this site when looking for a last minute hotel while traveling. I actually booked it standing in the hotel lobby. Less then 5 minutes from start to check in. Great site & saved me some money.
This website is a Scam. It lures customers with great deals, takes credit card details but never books the hotel. We kept on calling the hotel but they told us that the booking was never made. We contacted Super.com but they said that wait for a few days. The booking will show at the last minute. This website is a big scam and no one should use it.
Never use Super.com. They just ruin your holidays. Here their scam: They suggest prices and confirm them, even take you money however 1 week before they tell you they can and suggest a worst room for the price and you are trapped so you say yes!

I will never book with Super.com again. I booked a hotel room for two nights at Extended Stay. There was not an option to book a refundable room, so I went ahead as I was in need of this hotel room True to their word, and unreasonable at the same time, they would not change the dates of my reservation or cancel it. A waste of time contacting them.

Booked online and received confirmation etc. Went to the hotel and when I got there they told me they did not have a reservation for me. Showed them all of my documentation and they said they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. Reached out to super.com and their customer service is very difficult. I could only chat with someone. It took him forever to respond and I did not get resolution. He stated I needed to go to the hotel and get documentation that they would not honor my booking. I paid with PayPal and I am hoping to get resolution through them.

I attempted to book a room at Best Western in Galena, Ilinois. I went through the online steps, paid extra for refundable. The confirmation came through for a room at an address in Medellin, Colombia with no name for the hotel. Within the hour, I attempted, on line, to cancel and received an email that a mistake in booking is not an emergency and no refund would be paid. I called the customer service and the automated message was to go on the website. I booked the correct room directly through the hotel. My next step will be the FTC.

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
