I'm going to be honest I was expecting something cheap and poorly made but the pieces ordered were better than expected and the delivery was quick! The only complaint is I wish they offered petite sizes since I'm a little short but its ok nothing a tailor can fix
I honestly expected the delivery to be longer than it was. Got the dress with a week. Other reviews said that it took longer for them to get their order. Only thing I didn't like is the fact that they don't mention the additional 30 euro import duties you get from DHL. A mention of this beforehand would have been nice. Overall the dress was nice

I accidentally wrote the wrong shipping address and I began to panic. I was moving, so there would be no way to receive my package. I emailed someone regarding this issue and they responded right away and helped me through the process of fixing it. I ended up having to reorder and got refunded on my first order. It was a surprisingly easy process and the lady was very kind and diligent.

Sundae Muse has outdone itself today. I previously ordered some clothes and although I loved most, some had to be returned for a small fee of £6.50 (considering I'm in the UK and the company is in AUS this is certainly a win). From this return I received gift cards which although faulty at first, a lovely team member Kir sorted these out for me in an instant (literally minutes) and was super helpful along the really fast-paced process. Can't thank them enough. The clothes themselves are of exceptional quality and design - and although you need to pay some pretty hefty import taxes if you're shopping from the UK, the clothes make it all worth it (especially compared to the budget online retailers we are home to). Good quality clothes, decent delivery, however wasn't informed of the various import duty taxes that would occur, were expensive and wasn't expecting to need to pay - would have been valuable to know this in advance but other than that very satisfied with my order
Love the clothes, so cute and adorable but the shipping prices are not good. At least they could give free shipping for a certain amount! I just placed an order for more than $120 and I still got charged $15 for shipping. As much as I love the clothes I may have to find another place to buy my dresses because the shipping rate is not the best.

I was ordering from the UK so was pleasantly suprised by how quick the parcel arrived (just over a week). The clothes I got were very pretty and looked like the images online but I was surprised by how cheap the material felt. A little disappointed as they do have quite a high price point.
I am absolutely disgusting in the service from this online clothing store.
I purchased 3 dresses for a weekend long event I have and 3 weeks later I have still not received any tracking or communication from the company. I have had to repurchase 3 dresses from another online company that arrived in 2 days after purchasing. This company needs to update there website and tell people before buying that they are having issues. I will be requesting a full refund and honestly will never look twice about repurchasing with this company. Do not purchase from them if you have an event! Your order won't arrive!

I ordered from here about a month ago - a dress and a couple pairs of shorts to get to free shipping price. My order went through on the 5th of feb and it has been shipped today the 9th of March! What makes this even worse is that they were out of stock of the dress I ordered which I found out in an email today! I have now awaiting a full refund of the dress price. The one plus is that Customer service is quick to respond to issues and reply with empathy. However I'm beyond annoyed with Sundae Muse and will not be shopping here again.

Lovely dresses but no refunds given for returns despite various communications with customer service. Also don't honour discounts where items go on sale day after purchase, so due to no refunds, it's not possible to repurchase
I ordered from here TWO months ago and STILL haven't received my order. I ordered a lot of items at full price, which was expensive. I don't know if I will ever receive the package. The tracking number hasn't updated in over a month which just says it's in AUS still. To say I regret ordering from this site is an understatement. I'm extremely unhappy with the website as I've asked about my package multiple times and haven't gotten a response once. Can't even get my money back for something I don't think I'll ever receive. Don't waste your time or money shopping here.
Apart from the delayed delivery everything went smoothly. However, based on tracking info my order was meant to arrive two days ago. Despite this, my order remains at Melbourne airport (quite far away from Perth).
Received free shipping in australia with my purchase which I needed for the weekend. Purchased it last Friday, it still hasn't been shipped. And now it's too late. Chased it up and was confirmed to have not been packed despite it being over a week

After reading reviews it looks like many are experiencing delays with their orders. I paid extra money for express shipping and there was no mention of shipping delays or issues do to the pandemic. I need the dress for a special even & I now wish I would have shopped somewhere else.

Ordered a dress express shipping last Monday for an event on Saturday. The item still hasn't been shipped 1 week later. Asked for a refund as I had to purchase a different dress and was told they were unable to do refunds once order has been placed.

Careful with size guides. I made the mistake to think they were CAD/US and ordered the wrong sizes. Customer service says they can't amend your order after it's been placed - fine - and after a second email they inform me they can't even cancel the order.
This seems a little ridiculous to me. I now have to wait for it to ship across the world, find out they (obviously) don't fit, and then ship them back to Australia for a store credit. I'll be lucky to be in a dress my size in the next 6 months with this pandemic slowing shipping.

We do offer local returns options for multiple countries including the USA and the UK, so thankfully you won’t have to wait until the item reaches Australia to get your store credit.
