Not only did they not give me a proper tracking number for my package, it took 6 weeks to arrive to my house! 5 weeks of no communication or notice on where my package was. I thought it was lost for the longest time. Not only was their shipping terrible, the dress sizes were for children! Not joking! They run extremely small and if you have decent sized boobs a lot of their tops are too tight even with the larger sizes! I ordered a size above and everything was still small, I recommend ordering 2 or 3 sizes up if you do order from them! Cheap quality for the price tho as well! Not a good company, will not be purchasing anything else from them ever again.

I’m really sorry for the long shipping delays that you had with your order.

Unfortunately due to the global pandemic our shipping partner (Australia Post) has been experiencing long shipping delays. This is due to border closures, government restrictions, airline cancellations and the sudden global increase in online ordering. This was something that was out of our control and that we were not made aware of until customers reached out to our customer care team.

I’m also sorry to hear that the clothes you ordered were too small for you, and that the quality was not up to your expectations.

I wanted to reach out and offer you a refund on your shipping and a gift card to say thank you for shopping with us, and so you may consider shopping with us again. Our in house stylist can also help suggest which styles in our store might suit you best.

If you can reply with your order number I will investigate what happened with the tracking number you received and can arrange a refund on shipping plus a gift card.

I waited nearly four weeks for an item to be shipped, I measured my body according to specs and ordered appropriately only for the dress to arrive way too big. So I sent it back and was given a credit. That was good, however I ordered again and low and behold an email about the product been packed and a week later still no product or info. Based on experience twice now I'll never order again.

No Returns

Ordering from the site was very easy and the clothes arrived in good time and are beautiful! However, I had not realised that there was not an option for returning the clothes for a full refund (only for store credit). I'm now a great deal out of pocket as a couple of the dresses I ordered did not fit which was unexpected. This is written in their returns policy so read carefully! I had assumed it would be the same as the majority of other websites given that the clothes are fairly expensive. Although the clothes are lovely, for that reason I won't be purchasing again unfortunately.

Poor Delivery Time

The clothes I ordered ended up being very cute. Loved the dress and top I received. The skirt I ordered was WAY too short... I don't think it's even worth returning or exchanging for larger size due to the fact that it took OVER ONE MONTH to receive my package. I have never had to wait so long for an online clothing order ever... very disappointed. Tracking my package was also very difficult. Weeks would go by before there was even an update on the location of my package.

We are very sorry for the shipping delays that you had with your order. We can see you placed your order using standard shipping which can usually take up to 3 weeks, but unfortunately it took 4 weeks to arrive.

Unfortunately when you placed your order, our previous international shipping partner (Australia Post) was experiencing very long shipping delays due to the global pandemic. Some orders were very delayed during this period, and we had absolutely no control over these shipping delays.

We are sorry that the skirt was too short for you. If you would like to return it we offer a local return shipping option for US customers, so you can get store credit within a day or two of posting it back.

We are now shipping internationally using DHL Express and they are taking only about 2-5 business days to ship to the USA so you wont have to wait weeks in future.

Terrible
February 21, 2022

Terrible customer service and method of running a business. Still no tracking number 2 weeks after placing order. I have now missed my event that I was supposed to wear this to as well as had no options provided by their customer service team to resolve the issue.

I just want my money back and they can keep the dress.

I bought 3 dresses online, I did not know this was coming from Australia and no indication at payment that I would have to pay nearly £70 for customs on top of the £168 I'd already paid for the dresses! Really upset and disappointed!

Dresses are too short

Maybe it's only cause i'm tall (178 cm and 59 kilos) but the two dresses size S were both too short. Dont feel like returning cause i live all the way in the Netherlands and really love pattern and fabrics.

SMALL SIZING

I am so upset the sizing is super small and the dress was tight and i tried to return it but the shipping cost is ridiculous. This company doesn't even help you out with giving you a shipping label if you want to make returns or even a refund (which they don't do). If you're a clothing company i feel like this is a must. The size 4 is so tiny and im stuck trying to find someone that will buy it but no one can squeeze into it. I lost all of my money in it. Ridiculous.

Dirt marked dress UK

I bought 3 dressed from Sundae muse. I was so excited to get them but when they come I was a bit disappointed in the quality for the price, also one of the play suits had a dirt mark on which I have tried to wash and is not coming out! Expensive to send back from the U. K. to Australia so is no point in me even sending back the item. I expected better quality clothes, unfortunately not.

I ordered the Annie play suit in small. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because I actually like how the dress looks, but the material is so cheap that I feel like the zipper will break at any moment, or the shoulder straps will snap. The dress was $50, plus shipping, and it took a month to get to me (Australia to US). The dress is definitely not worth $50, not even close. Super price gouge for the material. Also not a huge fan that the site doesn't let you leave reviews... I would imagine the expensive price for cheap material is probably why...

Very poor

The poorest of quality I have ever experienced. I am an average height for a female and this dress sat at the top of my thigh. I am also a very standard size 10 fit and I could not do this piece up. Very cheap looking material and not how the item is photographed online. Will not be shopping with you again anytime soon

Average - with random labels

I expected high quality from this brand as it is expensive. The dresses came with different labels, so I'm guessing they're bought from somewhere cheap and resold. The materials were all just average, pretty little thing type dresses. Wouldn't recommend for the price

I am not happy with the customer service

The customer service is so bad! I received my package few days ago, there were some items missed. I sent them emails to request to solve this problem. But I still haven't got any reply from them till now! It's has been so many days already! Also they haven't sent me the missing items again and haven't done the refund to me!

The shirt I ordered I had been wanting in Size 8 but it was sold out for a while and I was waiting for it to hopefully come back. Never did. I went with a size 10 and it actually still fits pretty well. The reviews about sizing up were pretty accurate. Shipping was quicker than they told me it would be

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Customer service comes off like they are nice, but they are passive aggressive and rude. I ordered a dress for my bridal shower and paid for expedited shipping for it all for it not to come on time. I returned it, had to pay to return it then ordered another dress in smaller size as the first dress I ordered was too big. Now the smaller size was too small even thought I only went down one size from an 8 to a 6. I emailed them hoping they would work with me as I did not want to pay again to return this item as their sizes are inconsistent. I now have spent 50 dollars on shipping and returns. I asked them to please let me just return the item for free and have them take the 10 dollars off my store credit instead of paying an extra 10 to return it. They ignored questions I had in emails and answered with passive aggressive responses. I finally decided to return the item and just pay for the return fee, I was 2 days passed the 30 days and they refused to make an exception and allow me to return it despite the previous conversations we had. I would never order from here again due to the customer service. Also the sizing of the dresses are super inconsistent.

Poor quality clothing
November 17, 2021

Ordered 3 dresses. All were poor quality (thin materials, threads loose) and mostly poor fitting.
One of the dresses was transparent and another had the zip pucker and stick out on the outside under the arm, scratching my arm
Wouldn't recommend purchasing from especially given dresses over $60 should be decent material and fit.
Given the loose threads and faulty stitching around zipper I will hopefully receive a refund as I am not interested in store credit as I haven't found other styles I'm interested in and don't believe quality will be any better.

Great customer service

I purchased a few sets from Sunday Muse and they arrived quickly! When they didn't have one item in stock I requested a refund and it was dealt with quickly. Their customer service was amazing and they followed up again to make sure everyone was smooth!

Very Disappointing
January 5, 2022

I've purchased from Sunday muse a few times and have been very satisfied fast shipping and having a dress for my events in time, however my last purchase spent over $100 on two dresses with express shipping and over a week I'm still waiting, the event I needed them for they didn't show up in time yes shipping times can we unexpected but it's express. Will source from a Qld buyer in future. Express shipping is 3/4 days max and I have a delivery date of almost two weeks later..
