Its been almost a month and my package hasn't been delivered to Dallas, Texas. I didn't think it would take this long.
It was hard to find where to checkout and i also didn't realise that sundae muse doesn't make their own clothes… a bit embarrassing if you ask me lmaooo

I ordered my stuff 2 weeks ago and I still have not received ANY updates. The shipping time when I purchased was supposed to be 10 days max. I understand because I am in the US that it would take longer, however, I have not even HEARD from them about any updates. Extremely frustrating experience.
The discount code worked on the purchase however when I checked my email the discount hadn't come off. I asked for either a refund for the partial amount or to cancel my order. They would do neither! Very unhelpful. I paid for express delivery and it's still now here.
I've purchased from Sunday muse a few times and have been very satisfied fast shipping and having a dress for my events in time, however my last purchase spent over $100 on two dresses with express shipping and over a week I'm still waiting, the event I needed them for they didn't show up in time yes shipping times can we unexpected but it's express. Will source from a Qld buyer in future. Express shipping is 3/4 days max and I have a delivery date of almost two weeks later..
Although I paid for express shipping it still took 8 days for my package to arrive. The dress is lovely though!

As a first time shopper here I was very satisfied with the quality of my items. Though I had brought a top and skirt which was part of a set. I was told all my items had been shipped and then the next day found out the top was not coming and I could either have a refund or a voucher. I chose a voucher and found a different top but when I asked if I could still have the free shipping as my order had exceeding the $50 mark, I was told I could not and would have to pay for postage at my own expense! The fact that I couldn't return the skirt considering I couldn't get the matching top was also quite upsetting. These policies led me to go else where for a top. It was quite upsetting to see a business with such high quality products have policies such as this. Not sure how I would feel shopping here again with this in mind.
Easy to navigate due to the detailed categories available - so happy with the dress I purchased + the delivery was insanely fast!

I love my new playsuit. The colour is beautiful, it's comfortable, and it fits so well. I was hesitant to make my purchase because of the high price, but i decided to treat myself and i'm glad that i did. I can't wait to wear my playsuit all summer

Its my first time ordering from Sundae Muse. I got an issue with my size as per is my first time I don't know the correct size is fit on me or not so the 1st returning have to be more flexible ( Free) for worldwide returns
By the way the delivery was so fast and the cloth good quality and amazing
