Do not order from this company.
They never shipped my dress after I ordered back in February. Kept getting messages saying there were delays at the warehouse even though I paid for express shipping so I would receive in time for a wedding I was attending.
1 month later they finally tell me they can't fulfil my order.
Don't even bother looking at the website coz you will regret it.
I ordered a few items mid February and till today, I have yet to receive them. I tried to email them and even asked for a cancellation and refund which they said they cannot do that. Their excuse is warehouse problems, which has been going on for months based on the reviews I read. Dont waste your time and money. This store is not worth it.

Bought a couple dresses June 2021 they all were super cheap and did not fit properly at all - just awkward. As many reviews have stated this company does not issue refunds so I was emailed 2 gift cards. I figured I could purchase some accessories e.g. hair clips because you can't mess this up... Well it's been 2 years now and they still have pretty much all the same clothing and do not update their website. My theory now is they sell clothes issue gift cards and no one every uses the darn gift cards because they do not add new things to their website and theres no sizes available?! I have over $150 to spend and just really want to get rid of these gift cards!
I ordered something in the wrong size, and was able to get in touch with someone right away with very straightforward return instructions. When a website glitch notified me that my order was canceled, my inquiry was responded to right away, and an updated tracking link was sent so I could monitor the status of my package. The customer service representatives also let me know when it had arrived and asked me if there was anything else they could help with. Will definitely be shopping here more in the future!

I understand sometimes stock and shipping delays can happen, especially in the current circumstances, but I would at least expect to be notified that there is a delay rather than having to reach out myself 2 weeks after ordering to find out where my parcel is. Other brands would have labeled the item as a pre-order to avoid confusion, as there was no indication that there were significant delays and that I would have to wait almost 3 weeks for my item to dispatch. Won't be buying from here again.

My experience with Sundae Muse was excellent! The size fit me very well, as I could see it in US sizing. When I wrote through email to them, they always answered very fast, even with the time hour difference. I loved ordering from here!

I'm hesitant when purchasing online but was extremely happy with this company.
They were quick, had great communication (confirmation and tracking of item system), And very efficient!
The item I purchased was packed and sent within a few hours and I received it the next business day. Very fast, lovely to deal with and the clothing is amazing. Beautiful colour, great fit & great quality.

Delivery was quick but customs cost is a lot and an unpredictable amount. Would hope you guys consider other options for international orders. No returns and only store credit isn't that attractive for customers in Canada.
Lovely dresses, fit exactly how they look on the website and are true to size. One thing to note is that if you're not in Australia or NZ, make sure you read the small print as you get charged for import tax! I didn't read far enough and got hit with a bill from my delivery provider for £81 to release the items before they could be delivered.

I ordered a dress a little too late for a weekend wedding but, to my surprise, it came in 3 days even though i'm in california and it was an absolute perfect fit. Will definitely be getting more clothes from here!

Apart from the delayed delivery everything went smoothly. However, based on tracking info my order was meant to arrive two days ago. Despite this, my order remains at Melbourne airport (quite far away from Perth).
That was the fastest delivery ever! I'm so happy it came just in time for my friend's birthday! The two dresses i've got looked exactly like how it was shown on the website, which i'm extremely satisfied with! Will definitely shop here again very soon!

These dresses are in style and also flattering and provide a huge bump of self confidence. I was in between sizes and sized up just incase, everything still fits well (just not tightly which really is better and more comfortable)

Sundae muse has one of the best customer service help I have ever seen, both Joyce and Jonah were able to help me cancel an order which I had mistakenly order in the wrong size in incredible time. I'm going to be honest I was expecting something cheap and poorly made but the pieces ordered were better than expected and the delivery was quick! The only complaint is I wish they offered petite sizes since I'm a little short but its ok nothing a tailor can fix

I honestly expected the delivery to be longer than it was. Got the dress with a week. Other reviews said that it took longer for them to get their order. Only thing I didn't like is the fact that they don't mention the additional 30 euro import duties you get from DHL. A mention of this beforehand would have been nice. Overall the dress was nice
