The shipping takes forever, I placed my order two months ago and I still have not received my dress! Considering I paid full price I am very upset. I am unable to track my order, I emailed their customer service twice, they have no sympathy and merely blamed the pandemic. I have never had this issue during this time with any other company. I am now not sure if my dress will even arrive. Avoid ordering at all costs! Not worth the wait, we will see if my package even arrives. I am very disappointed.
Slow delivery. I did have to email for a update and was told they are behind in their orders. I do understand at this time that there is delay but still have no tracking number no trace of order. If you are to order from this site please give plenty of time for delivery.

There sizing is small. I followed the size guide and with my measurements I am a size 14 in aus sizing. I am a size 10 in US sizing. The three items I bought only one barely fits. Now due to the fact that I am in Canada their returns policy says I will only get a credit. Considering nothing will fit on their site the credit is a waste of money. I won't ever buy again from here since there is nothing for me which sucks as the dresses are really cute.
I made an order over a week ago now and paid £11 for express shipping (thinking that the dress would arrive within a week). I am still yet to receive an email telling me that my order has been dispatched and every time I contact the customer services I don't get much of a response other than "we will let you know when your order has been dispatched". Starting to think I may have been scammed…

I purchased a dress for my gender reveal party and was reliant on the fact that there was the option for express shipping. It has been exactly a week since my purchase and the order still has not been dispatched. I contacted customer service mid last week to see if there was anything they could do to arrange for it to arrive on time, and if not, to see if they could provide me with a refund since I would not be able to have it for the event, the response was essentially "we are having delays in warehouse dispatch" and "we can't provide you with a refund due to policy". The fact that a refund cannot even be provided when the dress is still sitting with them is just ridiculous. Still awaiting a dispatch update as of today.

The shipping was fast considered I'm in Canada! The material is good quality and love the look, however one of the item doesn't fit. Next time I'll have to consider the measurements and the fabric to choose the size but it happens. Satisfied overall! :)

I live in New Zealand and was ordering a dress for a 21st celebration the following weekend so was nervous about it arriving in time. I was shocked when the order arrived at my house 25 hours after placing the order! The service and experience was top notch and will definitely be shopping here again

Don't even bother shopping here. I ordered and got express shipping. 3 days later my order is still not even packed. I emailed to follow up. It is not shipped out for another 2 business days, then I get notification of shipping for 1/2 items with NO communication that this has happened. I emailed to find out. If I hadn't of emailed I doubt I would have received any communication regarding a missing item. And no doubt the missing item was due to the LARGE delay in packing my order. I was told I would receive a full recent of $85 then they only refunded me $77 I'm assuming because of shipping costs but again, I was NOT advised of this - which is a joke considering the delay I experienced with my order being shipped. An incredibly awful experience, I've told all of my friends to beware and shop somewhere else. Hopefully you read this review and avoid them.
Some days, you look at a dress online and go... it's super cute but in person, who knows? You look at the return policy and you order WAY ahead of the event incase you need to find another one. This dress was all that for me. But when it arrived it's was AMAZING! Perfect fit, perfect style for the theme and the colour was a perfect natural linen looking colour. My only suggestion - can we have it in a natural white colour?

It's been 2 weeks since I ordered my package and although I've received an order confirmation, my package hasn't shipped yet. It's an international package so I expect DHL shipping to take a while but it still has yet to be processed and leave the warehouse in the country of origin. In response to my concerns Sundae Muse replied that "Unfortunately, we are running a few days behind in getting orders out." I understand international dispatching is out of their control but it's crazy to wait that long for packing and shipping on their part.

Placed an order for more than AUD 600 on April 28. I'm still waiting for my clothes. According to the tracking, the package hasn't even left the warehouse yet. Soon it will be summer and I am still waiting.
Do not use this company. I ordered two dresses for a wedding on the 3rd Feb. They never shipped my order and still have not shipped and no one can explain why or whats happened. Jonah from the email customer service they have is super rude and saying he is the only manager and that they have no contact number to contact so I provided my number and they still refuse to call to discuss the matter, He then cancelled my order without my confirmation and confirmed they will only give me a gift card, why would I want to order from here again after the rude replies I got and how long I have been waiting for an order. Stick to Hello Molly or SHOWPO because these guys are the worst. Worst customer service experience ever I am so annoyed with it all. It has been a disgrace.

I bought a dress from Sundae Muse and I'm absolutely obsessed with it. The quality is good and the express shipping was super quick. I've also been getting so many compliments every time I wear it. The only thing I could say is that the international shipping was kind of expensive when considering duties/taxes that have to be paid on top of that and the minimum amount for free shipping is a bit much. Given that, I would love to order again soon but I'm going to have to wait. Other than that, I love the dress so much!

The online shop had convinced me of his clothes, so I ordered some things. To be fair, I have to say that there are really nice parts in it, so I kept some. It cost me the whole 150 in customs fees! Other parts did not fit in the size, so I had to send them back at some cost. As a refund there is no money back, only vouchers for the online shop. So I contacted the online shop, who cheekily told me that they only give money back for defective goods. So now I should order clothes again and pay customs fees again. Such a bad unfriendly service, I never order again!
I ordered two dresses from Italy, and the customer service was absolutely great, the package arrived before the scheduled time. About the items, one of the dresses ( labelled sundae muse) is better then expected, absolutely love it. The second dress is labelled Ruby Sees and the quality is visibly lower. Overall a good shopping experience, will buy again soon.

I do not like or agree with your no refund policy. I would not shop with Sunday muse again because of this nor would I refer you. To many other stores give you a refund option. When you are an online store, you need to have more flexibility with your return options.

Unfortunately due to the global pandemic, when you placed your order, our previous international shipping partner (Australia Post) was experiencing very long shipping delays.
