Vast improvement

After writing my review about Stylewe.com, customer service picked up the ball and immediately sent an apology and refund. One thing I forgot to mention is what first prompted me to buy a dress from style we.com - they have great designs, some of the most interesting I have seen in a long time. Just wish the end product was equal to the design. There is always room for improvement!

Delivery was on schedule. I love how quickly this website handled my order. I'd like to see more angle shots on clothing, especially the ones from behind. I had a hard time determining how long it would be.

Most of these Oriental companies do not care what you think or how they treat you. I had to learn the hard way. I have lost so much money taking chances on their websites. I am a retailer trying to buy wholesale. Won't fall for their false advertisements anymore!

Still Waiting

Although a StyleWe representative answered my previous post and indicated my merchandise (which was ordered May 21,2018!) would ship soon, I still have not receive my order as of today, July 9,2018. This is ridiculous. I wish they would just tell me the truth.

Happy! Content! Loving! I am really not one of those who go out of their way and type words on a websites thread praising them hopelessly. But what to do! Some experiences just push you do thing that you have never done before. So I ordered a beautiful green color gemstone from StyleWe and as I wanted to wear it with an olive colour frock, which too had been bought from the same place, on my sisters birthday, I placed the extra fast delivery. And believe you me I got the jewellery piece before the expected hour and this gave me the entire worlds time to mix and match it with other dresses. I am not just amazed but impressed too.

I'm not sure why there are so many complaints about returns? All I had to do was send an email request... a polite rep replied with a return code, which I included inside the box and also wrote on the outside. At USPS, I snapped a photo of the box after the postage had been affixed, and attached the pic with my email confirming I'd shipped the box. They refunded my money within 2 or 3 days, possibly before they'd even received the actual box. Very easy to work with, IMHO.

They have a truly unique selection, so I will try them again. Neither of the items I ordered looked right on me, but they looked like the photos and the sizes were right. Order a size larger, perhaps... go by the measurements chart.

This time my orders had taken more than one month. I placed my order on June 23,2018 and today is July 30. Out of 6 items only arrived after 20 days and the rest? They keep saying it will send ASAP but they couldnt tell me when. I dont think I will order from this site anymore. Not professional and cant trust their customer service.

I ordered two dresses from this site and while they look beautiful, they are very oddly sewn together. Though the fabric pretty, they just don't seem made to fit a person. I have emailed multiple times to get a return label so that I can be refunded and the website says they will send me return information in 48 hours, it never does. Anyone else had success returning items?

Pricing is very good... but you get what you pay for. No service whatsoever. I have orders dating back to 04/25/16 that I am still waiting to receive a "RLA" from their staff. Obviously, they have your money and are not excited &/or willing to give it back. Therefore, order at your own risk. This is not typical of the numerous internet fashion offerings available. There are too many other high caliber businesses to purchase from to spend the time and headache with STYLEWE.

Upon contacting the company about returning 4 items, I was discouraged from sending them back and was offered a whopping 15% of my original purchase price. If you aren't really going to offer a return option other than going thru international shipping, customs, etc. simply state this up front. Don't say returns are an option and then tell customers not to actually return items. Other international clothing companies offer a minimum of 30% return on the cost! I will not ever waste my time or money buying from this company again.

And don't be fooled by the images vs the reality of what is received. The styled images make the quality of the product look significantly better than what's received. Instead of rich, vibrant colors, you get washed out lifeless colored items.

SCAM - NEVER AGAIN

Everything is a scam
1. Images are deceiving - looks good on photo but the fabric and workmanship is very, very poor
2. Sizes are wrong and had nothing to do with measurement's provided
3. Return policy is the worst with lots of small texts that you should have read before ordering
4. Everything is made is China not California - therefore returning the product to China with receipt is a fortune - leaving you with the only option of accepting their conditions
5. Receiving your order on time is equal to wining the lottery ( it could happen) The package travels thru Bahrain airport etc
Enough said - i got burned... read my post and save yourself the trouble and time

I was so happy about this purchase before I got it! I saw positive reviews on site and read their philosophy. I was so naive to believe it. And was thrilled that there is at last so many pieces that look great and different. Not quite.

I ordered a parka that looked one way on the picture and was something else completely in reality. Heavy duty of worst kind cotton material (I am not sure that the word "fabric" can be used here), buttons are falling off, the thread is loose and ends are seen all over the coat. It looks like vocational school beginners' project gone bad. I fee that the obligations to ma as a customer were not met. Alas!

This site might be an OK place to shop if you are a Size 6 (US) or smaller. I am a size 8-10 and ordered several items in L and XL, based on StyleWe's size chart. No item fit. In addition, I found the fabric of most items to feel cheap and uncomfortable.

So, I had to spend a small fortune to return everything. And the return process is a huge hassle. But, I will say they responded quickly after I posted my original, annoyed review here.

If you're looking for interesting fashion, you can do much better elsewhere.

And pls note that some of our items run one size smaller, so it will be better to choose bigger size. Every time when you click the size "S, M, L"etc,it will show the corresponding detailed measurements for the specific size. Then you can check. You need to refer to the item Product Details to see the exact measurements first and choose the corresponding size (S, M, L, etc). The size guide is just a reference for all the items, which is not as accurate as the info of product details.

Today, I foolishly placed my order before checking the horrible negative one-star reviews. It's genuinely alarming. Had I known about the very poor customer service and that the majority of clothing is made in China, I would not have risked ordering. Will write again after order is received. UNIQUE STYLES AND GREAT QUALITY

This website sells a variety of quality clothing at incredible prices. They have regular sales and with free returns and shipping it's easy to get your items. Even when there was a problem when I paid for a t-shirt and it sold out, they not only made an immediate refund, but also sent me a discount coupon for the next purchase.

Great gifts!

My experience with StyleWe is 100% positive, and I am Italian and very spoiled about fashion! :) I ordered 3 items: they arrived on perfect time and the clothes are as they appear in the pictures: high quality material, unique design. I love them! Sadly, I have to send back one dress, because too small. I contacted StyleWe, their customer service was prompt and super helpful, they gave me different great options, in 3 days I received my cash refund. They were present and super kind. Actually I don't understand why there are bad reviews of this website, they are really great! I really recommend StyleWe, you won't be disappointed!
