Repeat customer. I do wish there was more explanation of some features/options.
I had three large canvas photo prints made. Ordering was super easy. The price was very reasonable. The results are terrific. I will be ordering from photophotos again!
I have ordered several pieces of jewelry from Ten Thousand Villages. Every piece has been of great quality and value, and they were all received very quickly. The fact that my purchases benefit artisans in the developing world is an added bonus! I am going to check in now and then to see what they add.
This site might be an OK place to shop if you are a Size 6 (US) or smaller. I am a size 8-10 and ordered several items in L and XL, based on StyleWe's size chart. No item fit. In addition, I found the fabric of most items to feel cheap and uncomfortable.
So, I had to spend a small fortune to return everything. And the return process is a huge hassle. But, I will say they responded quickly after I posted my original, annoyed review here.
If you're looking for interesting fashion, you can do much better elsewhere.

I have shopped on Ideel for years. Suddenly, you can't return items, there is no response to requests (except an email saying they pride themselves on responding in 4-24 hours. It has been over a week and still no response.) I can only conclude that they are in such bad shape that they won't be around much longer. Although I used to place at least a couple of orders a month with them, I am no longer ordering anything because it appears I won't be able to return items.
UPDATE: I complained (rather emphatically) through their customer service email and was finally issued a full refund on my credit card. Sad to see that Ideel is apparently never going to be the site it was now that Groupon purchased it, but at least they resolved my issue.
Tip for consumers:
So, after many emails and a complaint tot he Better Business Bureau, Ideel finally allowed my returns BUT they issued me a store credit instead of a refund. Problem is, the site NO LONGER ALLOWS ANY RETURNS AT ALL. So, I end up with a $213 store credit that is fairly worthless since their I can't return anything that is damaged, the wrong size,poorly made, etc. I will not do business with this site again (just as I won't do business with Groupon, which now owns Ideel).

Upon checking, we have issued a refund for you on all the orders you mentioned. We are so sorry that you are not satisfied with the items. And pls note that some of our items run one size smaller, so it will be better to choose bigger size. Every time when you click the size "S, M, L"etc，it will show the corresponding detailed measurements for the specific size. Then you can check. You need to refer to the item Product Details to see the exact measurements first and choose the corresponding size (S, M, L, etc). The size guide is just a reference for all the items, which is not as accurate as the info of product details.
