I bought two Dresses and paid with PayPal. Relieved timely, however, not satisfied with the quality and sizes were too large. Submitted email for return and received an automated response that customer service would respond in 24 hours, however, no one has responded on 4 days. I sent three more emails with automated responses only from style we. I have opened a dispute with PayPal as I have read through the reviews and I cannot find not one bit of information on returns, I will also be contacting consumer affairs if PayPal is unable to resolve. The dhl package has a shipping address from China... nothing about New York. Hard lesson learned, do not purchase from anyone without a return address and phone number!

The selection of items was great. Ordering was easy. Im hoping both items are in stock and will get shipped in a timely manner. My first order took at least 4 weeks to arrive. Hope this time is better!
Purchased 3 items over a month ago, heard nothing for over 3 weeks. When goods finally arrived there are 2-3 sizes too big from the normal sizing listed. Fabric/quality is absolute rubbish and nothing like the models are wearing advertised on Instagram. Have sent 6 emails requesting a return docket as stated on the returns policy and have been ignored. When a response finally came through it is to offer me 15% off or a store credit NO THANKS! Do not purchase anything from here this is a backyard operation out of China! I am reporting to Chinese authorities should I not get a full refund.

My first shipment arrived, and I immediately understood 1) why you can't zoom in on photos on the website 2) why there are no product reviews on the site. The quality is terrible, cheaply printed fabric and the garment is too small (even though I ordered by the measurements). And then you have to not only pay for the return, but also go through an elaborate process including photographing your package before mailing, and emailing them the photo. Who does that?!? Don't be fooled--the world is full of better option.

My first purchase consisted of 2 silk tunics. I had some anxiety about the fabric not being as nice as I imagined it to be--sometimes, you never know what will arrive. I'm happy to say that the tops exceeded my expectations in every way! Quality manufacturing; lovely design; beautiful prints, but best of all the fabric was as light, floaty, and fabulous as I hoped it would be. I was so pleased with the items that I've ordered 2 more tunics (mini dresses but I'll wear them with crop leggings), and can't wait till they arrive.
Note: One of the dresses is on back order, so they volunteered to ship it express for free when it becomes available. That's customer service!

I returned the top I bought as the fabric was much shabbier than in the photo. I haven't gotten a refund and it's two weeks since they got it back. I will NEVER shop with them again and advise any of you not to be fooled by the good reviews, which had to have been written by employees (maybe even at gunpoint). That's what happened when you buy something from China.

I wrote a poor review with one star rating about StyleWe on SiteJabber a couple of days ago about their refusal of even exchange an item merely due to the size problem. They responded immediately, apologized and offered me full refund in 3 business days once they get the return tracking number. I welcomed them such a quick action to correct the problem. Lanny S. Was nice and responsible rep. She was the first one quickly replaced the wrongly sent item. It was someone else refused to exchange for a bigger size. I assumed StyleWe has a huge volume of online business, not every time you met some one like Lanny S. I hope they, as a young Chinese company, is learning and improving, gradually adopting the American customer service culture. I wish them continue having more prosperity.
If y ou are tempted by this attractive site, just be aware that Stylewe does not make returning the item you have received easy. They do not, as do most mail order sites (Amazon, Zappos, Garnet Hill), include a return label with your packing slip. You must send an email requesting it, then they must review your request before emailing you the label, which you print out. This can take 48 hrs. (In my own case, my printer was broken so I had some extra running around to do.) Then I had difficulty finding the proper button to push to take me to their privacy policy and return procedures (required) requiring 2 more email exchanges before I could even submit the request for a return. Then once you have (finally) mailed the package, you must send them a photo of the mailing receipt. I will not order anything from them again.

Your size clothes is not for the average sized people. Runs very small, I'm usually a 8/10, I bought XXL and it's way too tight on me. However, you do have beautiful clothes, just can't fit. So I am highly disappointed because I loved the dress.

Scam. Ordered a skirt that doesn't fit. Going in circles trying to return. All the help resources on line are not clickable - you will never get through to service rep. Says my email doesn't match my order number and can't get any assistance. So frustrating!

I bought 3 dresses before going to the holiday. The subtle combinations of gray, blue and small black stripes are just mind-blowing. The dresses fit perfect for me. I was very much confused as it would be too tight but it flatters on my body. Got it delivered within a few days which is again a great thing.
My wife bought 6 items from them and 1 doesn't work out due to sizing issue so we requested return on their website last week. Auto reply claims somebody will reply with return instruction within 24 hours, couple of days and 2 more email inquire later, still no reply from this website at all. Guess this means they don't care about customer service and repeated business from anybody.
Time to kiss goodbye to them forever

The sizing bears no relationship to any European or American clothes I have ever bought! I'm trying to get instructions to return something and am getting nowhere -how do they stay in business? Also, invoice that came with clothes, showed half the price advertised and paid - sounds very fishy...

Bought 3 dresses in late December, they arrived on the time expected (shipped from China, per address on DHL envelope). Lovely dresses, fabric quality and construction was exactly what I expected from the images online. No complaints there. Unfortunately, the size at the top (breast area) was just too small (Chinese proportions?).
So I asked for return instructions, they responded the email in a timely manner, and then returned by money as promised: no issues whatsoever. Very satisfied with their service.
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
Answer: My two pieces were crazy, too long, too small in shoulder And bust, And sleeves were way too tight- Better stay away- not worth the hazel. The garmets are nothing like the images!
Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away. Do not waste your money with this company.
