This company made me Leary of ever purchasing from an off brand store. I returned my package immediately after realizing it was the wrong size. After two weeks, no refund. Contacted customer service and was told they needed the tracking number. I could not locate the tracking number and assured the person emailing me only that it was returned with the prepackage label they sent me. Waited another week, was told to go to the post office to get the tracking number. Post office does not keep that information and they know this. Email again and received the same robotic reply, please go to the post office. This company has no integrity and will never be the successful with practices like this.

No guarantees... then I reach out again to be told they aren't sure how it will b handled. If you care about getting what you want I suggest not using them

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world.
