I created an order. It was partially shipped. 1st part got to me. 2nd portion shipped to WRONG address. I was told via the ONLY way you can talk to them (chat) that it MAY be redirect. No guarantees... then I reach out again to be told they aren't sure how it will b handled. If you care about getting what you want I suggest not using them

We just sent the order to the address you provided us before, the first part maybe forward to correct address by usps due to the wrong address(wrong state), we suggest you can contact usps to change the address and forward the other packages.The tracking information we have sent you private message, please check.
