I ordered 2 dresses well in advance for an upcoming event. Delivery was so slow my outfit did not make the event. Size guides are proving to be a bit off. Make allowances for larger Breasted women. Return/Refund policy not within normal shopping practices. Customers should be refunded the dollar amounts spent on orders. You also need to establish a free return system system. Shipping fees on returns often cost more than the order items. Now I'm waiting for my refund. Do Better!

I've ordered three beautiful expensive blouses and have not received not even one. I needed them for a wedding abroad. Europe. I've reached out to the company asking for their phone number, and all I receive it's "we are sorry for the delay" your items are being created! I am extremely upset, there's nothing I can do. This company is in CHINA and of course, they have no phone that I can use to communicate to anyone. Does anyone knows their phone number? I'm desperate and would like to press charges against this and get them out of business. Thank you.

Easy to order byt not as easy to return. I don't like that u can only communicate thru email or text. There should be a better way to communicate with company, like being able to talk to a real live person.

First time shopping here will see if it goes ok. They have a lot of pretty clothes.
You pay for items that they haven't got or can't process. And they don't notify you that they can't deliver on the order.
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
