I was impressed with your website but not necessarily with the merchandise I received. Then I had problems with the procedure for returning one article of clothing. Too many steps and I never got an authorization for returning it (Step 3). But I did receive many other text message regarding buying other products.

I like the style and price in website but when I ordered I received my items very late and some Item missed. Based on their return policy first I should specify which Items and for what reason I'm returning and 24 - 48 hour after an email from stylewe will come that has return address on it and after items were received at stylewe, the items would quality control if it's ok or not and then customer would receive his money back! In my case I keep sending return request from 3 weeks ago and I never get respond back!
The sizes are not standard. I ordered Small but the items are very big in size. I completely disappointed by it's customer service and It will be my first and last purchase from this site. I'll let my friends know too unless I receive proper customer service and support within 48 hours.

Very easy and easy to order but the dress was poorly made at the top.
Ordering was easy but the quality of the dress seemed cheap.
I was disappointed because I didn't know that the 2 pieces only the bottom are for sale on the price.
So far the check out process was easy. The item was too small. The fabric was not as pictured. The return process was difficult. Having to send return agent and tracking number was new to me. The return shipping cost was excessive. Still waiting for my refund.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
