Ordering was easy but delivery took much longer than I expected. 3 weeks.
The skirt seemed rather big where the waist is concerned.

Beautiful clothes on site, but for some reason either the fabric isn't the same, the stitching isn't the same or the fitting or cut isn't correct…. Out of the 25 pieces I ordered, only 2 are reasonably close to the picture on site.

Iv) Delivery took 24 days! (Ordered 03/13/2023, received 04/06/2023!)
V) Despite paying $53.99, the Trenchcoat was unlined, almost "see through" and the material was cheap with a missing belt loop.
Vii) The Return process is lengthy, convoluted and no acknowledgement of the returned item. Fortunately the USPS via their Tracking # notified me that this item was delivered to StyelWe on 04/14/2023 at 10:21am and left with an individual. Today is 04/25/2023 and still NO REFUND as yet!
I have never encountered so many issues with other on-line retail stores.

Very nice clothing. But you get caught up when you think its the whole outfit. Yet when you buy the top, that is resonable, you end up paying so much extra for the bottoms. Ended up paying way over the amount I wanted for an outfit.
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size.
