It was Easy as pie to order something beautiful to wear on my vacation and Birthday, so I ordered 2 outfits back in March, but one outfit arrived after my Birthday, so I wasn't able to wear it, and the other outfit never showed up after 2 months! So I had to go to PayPal for resolution

The online chat never worked. I tried several times and never got a reply until it was too later to return the pants within the 7 days I read on the return procedure. I feel it was done intentionally. Online chats should not take that long for a response!

Straight forward but some misleading information e.g. pick 4 items and get 60% off and shipping is free for over £43.

Incomplete delivery e.g. its like getting a pice when you order for a pair and delivery was done in bits.

I feel l am overcharged and still l can't use the items b'se they are not complete.

Very disappointed

Beautiful clothes on site, but for some reason either the fabric isn't the same, the stitching isn't the same or the fitting or cut isn't correct…. Out of the 25 pieces I ordered, only 2 are reasonably close to the picture on site.

Pre delivery. (No response from StyleWe)
I) Last week the price was about $10.00 less than the one displayed today!
Ii) The displays do NOT show the back view; why not?
Iii) Is this coat lined?

Iv) Delivery took 24 days! (Ordered 03/13/2023, received 04/06/2023!)
V) Despite paying $53.99, the Trenchcoat was unlined, almost "see through" and the material was cheap with a missing belt loop.
Vii) The Return process is lengthy, convoluted and no acknowledgement of the returned item. Fortunately the USPS via their Tracking # notified me that this item was delivered to StyelWe on 04/14/2023 at 10:21am and left with an individual. Today is 04/25/2023 and still NO REFUND as yet!
I have never encountered so many issues with other on-line retail stores.

I never received my order even though my address was correct. I asked that the order be re-sent to the address on the order form but never received a response from StyleWe. I would really appreciate that the order be sent back rather than being destroyed. I cannot afford to lose that amount of money.

Very nice clothing. But you get caught up when you think its the whole outfit. Yet when you buy the top, that is resonable, you end up paying so much extra for the bottoms. Ended up paying way over the amount I wanted for an outfit.
