Have nice clothes but the zipper on all the clothes break. Would love if they use strong zippers instead of the flimsy ones. I have 3 outfits with zipper breaking after just wearing them once. Disappointed with that. Also returning is a pain. Not offering free returns is a bummer. Paying $17 to return a $22 outfit does not make sense. Also not being able to return for outfit being defective after one wear is a dud. I may not be shopping anymore since these experiences are not appealing to me

Great variety of stylish clothes! Pants/trousers are very true to size (ensure you check the size chart for EACH item of clothing, even those in a set!). Getting orders could take a while & getting part of a matching set in separate orders, sometimes weeks apart, requires getting used to.

Nerve wrecking because expected delivery of my order was 06/09 and I was leaving town on 06/06 for my daughter's 06/10 wedding where I would be using the dress received the item on 06/02..
My order has still not arrived after over a month since purchased. There is no phone number to call and no help line to ask about the order. Their help line only lets you look at preset questions, they do not answer questions pertaining to your specific order. Very bad customer service.
Listen if you order you will be sorry. It appears they make one outfit for photos to be used in advertising and a whole something else garbage to sell. They trick you in offering free shipping on orders over $100, but when that junk make it to your home and you see that it looks NOTHING like the photos. Oops! Guess what when you want to send it back and you will want to send it back, you have to pay to ship it back. Please listen this is a hot garbage mess and down right criminal. I have several Merchandise items, that I trying to return that I am very dissatisfied with or just cannot wear the items.
Your return is the worst I have come across. This is true, up till now I have no communication on the dress I returned.
Orders take for ever and there is no communication from StyleWe whatso ever. It's like they do'n care.
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
