I was excited to order over $365.00 of clothing for a weekend trip in advance. I hoped that I would receive them in time but I did not. They were shipped in 5 separate orders and I still have not received 2 of the 13 pieces. Some of the sizing was not fitting for me, the fabric content was less than desirable, slacks did not mention tops were sold separately and the return policy was very time consuming for me. I had to pay for return shipping!
I am not sure I will order again from StyleWe.
I hope that all my purchases will fit and arrive before April 20.

The sizing is terrible. The pictures that is posted about the outfits is false. If you want to send back the clothing, you will have to pay for shipping and handling. Pay Everything. It's not worth spending your money with StyleWe. The Website is terrible also about returning item.

Find clothes to be very beautiful. Well made my problem was I've got ready to order like 30 things and didn't know my size and not realizing without my glasses you have to pay to send your items back but the overall experience excellent I gave them five stars lol smile.
Delivery was earlier than expected. Items were just as described and sizes were appropriate.
I am not sure I would order from this company again. I am so disappointed. So many things I want to order but taking 8 weeks going on 9 weeks to delivery an order with no communication is totally ridiculous. This is very bad customer service. How can i place another order without getting my previous order. The customer is bombarded with emails and deals yet they never received their previous order. Someone will response with a really immature response like, " sorry for the inconvenience but we are waiting on stock to come in". If that's the case be honest and forth right by not putting a date for 3 weeks pre order when you very well know you can't deliver.

StyleWe is more interested in profit than customer service. I need to return 1 of 2 dresses. StyleWe sends this email: "Since the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges, to help you skip the return hassle, we would like to offer you one of the following..." Other online retailers make retinong items hassle-free, whether I pay for shipping or not. Honestly, I plan to discourage shopping at StyleWe due to their discouragement of me getting my money back-it is mine, after all!

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
