It's now been one month since I ordered from this Company. The clothes that I received had a chemical smell to them and I still haven't received the rest. The website says delayed by 3 more weeks and the other garment is no longer available. At this point I really just want my money back for the 2 items that I'm missing. Don't waste your time or your money.

My shopping experience was great! Found the perfect dress to attend my fiancé's college graduation.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
