I placed an order June 5th and have not received the order. It is still in processing. I have received no updates on that order.

I ordered a pair of light denim jeans with splits on the side of the legs to match with a jacket I purchased but unfortunately the jeans didn't fit so I had to mail them back for a refund.
My shopping experience was really good. Liked all the selection. It was easy to use the after pay selection. Love it.

The shopping was easy. I bought a dress that looked different from the one I ordered also the one ordered had a matching belt, the one I got did not. The bottom appeared mesh or slightly see threw this one all fabric the same top to bottom. When contacting customer service they said after receiving my pictures, the belt didn't come with it, I say well why did you display it that way! Totally satisfied with the white blouse with writing, it is absolutely beautiful, but is huge, order a size smaller and it will still fit you big. I love the slouchy look in this blouse. All in all I was so disappointed with their customer service department.

Coupon use is a challenge. Shipping is too expensive.

Stylist clothes to look sexy and classy.The material is high quality, and the cut of the design makes me feel gorgeous. I wear a large size 12 and with this company I needed to order an extra-large. So, the cloth is not so tight.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
