Website says easy returns. Ordered 2 sizes to make sure which would fit best. Went to return larger size, was met with alternative of 10% off next order, or $5 off. Nothing about returning for a refund. Was disappointed. The dress is very pretty, but had issues with the return process.
Did my first order of four different cloths, all didn't fit WAY TO BIG and one to small for the sizes ordered, quality some ok...the other way to cheap, Thers in no phone number to get in contact, need to email and wait 24hrs for them to respond, then you need to send pictures of the prodcut and wait another 24hrs.after they'll send return label... you need to pay for sending product back. And again another email to send the tracking number. Once they receive product. Will need to wait 7-12 bussiness days to maybe receive the money back to the account. At this point and all the hassle... I just lost the money... to much. The end up with 120.00 uds. WE WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
