DO NOT USE! EVER

I waited 3 weeks and the company is still processing my package. They apologized 2 times and both times said the package would send the next day. No word yet on the status of the package. Also, all of the messages from the service department are in broken English.

I returned the top I bought as the fabric was much shabbier than in the photo. I haven't gotten a refund and it's two weeks since they got it back. I will NEVER shop with them again and advise any of you not to be fooled by the good reviews, which had to have been written by employees (maybe even at gunpoint). That's what happened when you buy something from China.

Very satisfied

I am from Europe and I had very hard time to fined something which was remands me my european test, I was getting lot of complements when I was wearing something which I had brought with me, When I decided to order from Stylewe, I was not sure that I will get what I was looking for but I was surprised when I got my dress, I was exactly what I was looking for. Fabric quality was perfect, style and fitting is like custom made. I could not believed that it was that perfect, That was high end piece that you can find only on Rodeo Drive, The website is very explanatory a specially close pictures of fabric that you don't get on many websites, and no surprises, you get what you see, Thank you Stylewe.

Defective Merchandise

I ordered a cute, grey skirt, shirt and sweater from this company in February. The order took longer than expected to receive but they sent a scarf with the outfit to thank me for my long wait. Upon receipt, it was discovered the sweater had a large hole. The return & exchange process is not typical. You receive a card in your mailing that gives directions to go to your order and request an exchange/return on-line and you will receive a response within 24 hours. The response time was more like 48 hours. When I received a response from Tiffany, she requested more info than "the sweater has a hole" and a picture of the defective merchandise. I have never been asked to give a picture when returning merchandise for defect. The initial response gave no information on how to return this item. I responded to their request and sent a picture of the hole and asked how much more information do they need to know other than it has a hole. Today, I received a response from them stating they will refund my purchase price within 3 business days and we can keep the outfit (not sure if they would have given the same response if SiteJabber had not been involved). I'm not sure if I will actually see my money returned but I am certain I will NEVER order from this company again.

Great service, beautiful dress

I ordered my dress and a week later it arrived. I was concerned about the size so I ordered a size larger than I normally wear thinking I could always alter it to make it smaller but I would have to return it if I needed a larger size. But it was perfect I wore it the next day and got a ton of compliments. I will definitely be back to order more.

StyleWe has loads of great clothing. As I understand it, the company works with upcoming designers. Love it. Unfortunately, I'd say about 70% of my orders go unfulfilled. Although the website says that an item is available, I'll get an email, sometimes 7 days later, stating my order has been delayed. And then a couple days more, and it's out of stock.

StyleWe gives you the option to choose something of the same value or have your money refunded. In the past 6 weeks, I've mostly had my money refunded. I wish the company could understand how disappointing this is to a buyer. They see it as a simple transaction: You shop, you buy, you receive or not receive. But they may forget that shoppers also anticipate and imagine. When you find out you will no longer have what you anticipated, it is very disappointing and rubs a buyer the wrong way.

That said, what I have received has been great. Just like it looks on screen. Sizing can be a little wonky, with larges more like mediums. But it all depends on the designers.

The item I ordered was not as pictured, the fabric was cheaper looking, the cut and drape of the dress was crooked-it wasn't cut out and sewn correctly. I found customer service abysmal, there is no phone number I could find, they don't respond to their email, I did finally get a response on their Facebook page. The whole interaction was a HUGE waste of time. The Facebook customer service rep seems to be disconnected from the communications in the service dept via their Facebook page. It takes multiple times emailing them, messaging them to get them to understand the issue and status, they were helpful once they understood. Though, I would avoid this group, I am sure others have had better results.

I ordered a lovely dress that comes with a matching cloth belt. I received the dress 3 weeks after ordering it, as it comes from China, and it was missing the belt! I notified the company by email and they suggested I replace the belt here in the States and that they would give me a 20% refund. I CAN"T REPLACE THE BELT BECAUSE IT MATCHES THE DRESS MATERIAL! It's not like a simple black belt or something. Anyway, I wrote them this several times and even initiated a return/exchange with a promise to get back to me in 24 hours. Nearly a week later, no response! I'm really upset with their lousy customer service and it looks like I am out $89!

Update:
Every since posting this review, above, I have had great customer service from StyleWe, Lanny in particular. I returned the item, and they reimbursed me the cost of the item and the shipping as well. So, I appreciate the help of SiteJabber in this process and suggest that future customers of StyleWe who have difficulties let them know through this site as my problem was solved quickly and easily as a result!

Bought my girlfriend some things from StyleWe for valentines day and she loves the style. "Hip" was the exact word she used! The reason for four stars is that they fit just a little more snug than most clothes of the same size but it's hard to tell when you're not wearing them.

I have not had to return anything, as it has all fit as expected. Received my 4th purchase from them about a week after ordering. Recommended to a fellow employee and she loves her purchase as well, and the tracking with the shipping company DHL puts FedEx and UPS to shame. Beautiful and well made designer clothing at rock bottom prices. I love this.
It seems as if the general consensus seems to be going this way, so perhaps they are working to fix whatever issues they may have previously had? Whatever, I love their stuff and will not hesitate to recommend.

I registered on the website, ordered something. And when I tried to return the clothes, I couldn't log in! Even my password was correct, it took forever to process! Then I have to login with my google account.

First, the quality of cloth doesn't match the price. When I got a dress, I opened the zipper, and it broke. I even didn't put it on me yet.

Second, the last time Stylewe service contacted me was three days ago, still didn't tell me the address for return. This is in America, you need to know how to run a business. The attitude and efficiency is not reasonable.

Although the clothes there look fancy, I'm not sure I will shop on this website again. Be careful when you purchase, it's not easy to return!
