After a long wait, finally received one of the three items purchased. It was made beautifully and fit perfectly. Love it! However had no idea it was coming directly from China. They did refund the money for the other two items I canceled because they did not come in time for an event. They still need to refund the $19 plus I paid for expedited delivery. However, I would try this company again, but only if I was not in a hurry to get what I ordered.

My main source for shopping

Stylewe is fabulous. The designers are brilliant. They are creative, fresh and inspiring. I see comparable lines from high end designers that charge thousands of dollars for their dresses. The craftsmanship is impeccable. I only shop at Stylewe now. I buy for my daughter as well as myself. Thank you Stylewe. Don't change a thing.

Quick service and a beautiful dress

After reading the reviews I was hesitant about the order I placed just before. But two weeks later my dress is here and it's beautiful and very well done as well.
They also included a beautiful silky scarf

PS. Only thing I have to note the dress does run small, still fit me beautifully, but you might want to keep that in mind if you are between sizes

I ordered many items, never received complete order and what I did get was incorrect. Poor quality and then they do not respond to emails for returns or correcting orders. I purchase thousands of dollars a year on line I have never experienced such awful service... it's appalling. Really shocked.

I placed an order on 1/27 for a sweater that I was very excited to receive. After not receiving any updates on processing or shipping, I sent a request on 2/6 asking if it would be possible to change the color on the order. I immediately received an automated message stating that my request had been received and because of the New Year Holiday there would be a 3 day delay in receiving a response from customer service... I never received a reply, so I sent another request on 2/17. This time the automated response stated that I should receive a reply within 24 hours. It has not been quite 24 hours yet... so I am hopeful for a good outcome and will happily change this to a 4 star review if I hear from customer service - and - if I love the sweater I will happily upgrade to a 5 star review. DO NOT ORDER!

It took about 3 weeks to get my order. They don't disclose the merchandise comes from China. The skirt set was 4 sizes to small, even though I ordered an XL, not to mention shabbily constructed (seams not even) I then had to bear the expense of shipping it back to a site here in the US, even though the error was clearly on the company's side. I believe this company has individuals/employees putting in good reviews in an effort to balance out the bad ones.

So far, so good!

I was a bit nervous about the items ordered via Stylewe after reading the negative reviews. However, I have been very impressed so far with the service and the product quality. Yes, the company is based in China and therefore has some different ways of handling customer service than we do in the US. But that's more a cultural issue than a service issue. When I ordered my items, it was during the Chinese New Year period and shipping was delayed by about a week. But the company contacted me to say they'd expedited the shipment and included a small gift (a lovely silk scarf) to apologize for the delay. When the first of three items arrived, I was very pleasantly surprised at how much the skirt and top looked like the photos. Both items were identical in cut and color and of very good quality. Sadly for me, the top was too tight across the shoulders so I would definitely encourage buyers to pay careful attention to the sizing details to ensure the best fit. I am normally an XS or S in US sizes but the top I ordered was a Medium and I just exchanged it for a Large. If you keep the size differences in mind and adjust your expectations in terms of the shipment time, I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

Disappointing Experience

I ordered three items (under two different orders). 1). Stylewe informed me that one of the items was "out-of-Stock." This shows that the information that the designer prepares the item in three days of placing the order is misleading. Otherwise how can something be "out-of-stock."? The amount of the item was refunded to me. 2). The second item (a dress) was delivered. I ordered XL to be on the safe side (although I never wore XL before). The delivered items was of really poor quality and maybe for a size "0" woman with no curves. It did not even provide room for walking. 3). Stylewe delivered a totally different item than the ordered. Refund for items 2 and 3 was made to me after I posted my original comments about my disappointing experience with Stylewe.

A wonderful site with unique designs.

When I need a special occasion dress I am looking for something colorful, new and unique. (I dread going to the mall stores to shop, where dresses for women are all so boringly similar!) StyleWe had an impressive variety of dresses and outfits by independent designers. The clothing descriptions were very accurate. Each outfit has a specific measurement chart which proved precise and each item fit as predicted. The 3 items I ordered were delivered quickly and carefully packed and the item I returned was quickly handled and refunded. Check it out and do your wardrobe a favor.

Worst Company! Fraud

I ordered two jackets from StyleWe. One was out of stock so they issued a credit. I waited 4 weeks to get the one that was in stock. When the package arrived it was incorrect. They sent me two dresses. I emailed them 15-20 (there is no phone number to call). They final acknowledged that they sent the incorrect item and promised a credit. At this point I have emailed them 10-15 times requesting the credit over the period of three weeks. I cant get a response. Very frustrating, they are in a terrible group, dont buy from them.

"no phone, no customer service. Be careful when you ordering something! - I ordered a dress and coat, Dress came and it's too small. Coat was good for me, I returned the dress but I didn't get no refunds, I had to call my credit card and got my money back

Bought seven dresses from here. 5 for me and 2 for my sister. When I asked them about my order they always responded fast. I got the dresses on time, which was a relief. They are great and there a lot more to choose from on the website. They have quickly became one of my favorite places to shop
