There are many off-shore asian type websites out there offering clothing for a small price and I've experienced a few of them. Stylewe is not one of them. This site offers high quality items. I ordered 2 items- had to return 1 as the XL shirt was about a size USA 6 maximum. But the blouse- excellent quality, excellent quality of the box, presentation, receipt inside the folder- it was literally equal to Gilt and Neiman's quality. Love that it gives a way for these indy designers to showcase their goods and get exposure. My only advise to the USA/British customer is as usual, watch sizing. But fabric, seams and quality of items is way above what I expected.
The order came yesterday. So the wait was very reasonable. I also liked what I saw when I opened the bag: nicely packed, fits nicely and feels great albeit I need to lose 5 lbs for a sharper look! Looks like a small gift (a scarf) was included, which is a nice surprise and a warm touch! Thank you, Stylewe! Placed an order for a jacquard coat- JACQUARD? Felt is more like it. Have tried three times to contact customer service for return to NO AVAIL! Received an auto reply stating they would contact in three days- 8 days later- still waiting to learn on how to return product- Another thing- sizing is faulty- NOT TRUE TO SIZE AT ALL- runs completely small- AND was not aware this was coming from CHINA- stay away from this website with inferior product and faulty if not NON EXISTING customer service-

After ordering three dresses from Stylewe (two of them amazingly well-made, styled and priced), I needed to send one back. It seemed like the dress was cut for someone about 5 feet tall, which is obviously something their designers will have to work on!
Anyway, the info included in the package was very unclear as to how to return, so I sent an email to customer service. It took a few days to get a response, and meanwhile I looked up reviews on this site and thought "uh-oh, I've lost my money".
However their customer service did come back to me and steered me towards my account on their page, which is where you state your intention to return. Once I did that I heard back from them very quickly with clear and easy instructions to return the dress to an address in the US. I emailed them a photo of my postal receipt and within two days the money was back in my Paypal account.
So - it works. I think Stylewe will learn that their literature and processes have to tighten up a bit to avoid customers getting lost and frustrated, but overall my order was dealt with effectively. And I have two sensational dresses that have already earned me loads of compliments! I will definitely order again.
I was intrigued by the various designers on the StyleWe website. I don't know any of the designers, but I happened to click more and more on two, three names whose dresses really appealed to me.
Finally, I went for that beautiful chartreuse dress by Qili. I was nervous about ordering from overseas, and I realized that the sizes changed with each designer. But the sizing chart is very detailed. So I got my measuring tape out and made sure to order the correct size.
The dress is gorgeous, fits me perfectly, and I'm happy about the compliments I've gotten.
The package took about 2 weeks to get here, it was held up in customs for a couple of days. But I was able to track the shipment online. There was no problem.

No order is on any of my accounts (2 emails and FB login). There's no phone or address. I suppose I'm stuck now? I purchased 16 dresses from StyleWe. The qualities of most of these dresses are good. I did returned 4 of them so far. Got refunded 3 out of 4 easily. I struggled to get one item refunded. They insisted that they had sent the refund and stopped responding to my emails. I sent them copy of my credit card statement and Paypal statements showing that there was no refund from them for this item. And I asked them to send me their proofs that they had indeed refunded the item - which they never did. I then sent them a final email that I plan to complaint to the Attorney General of MA about their poor business here. They finally responded to my email and refunded my money today. YES!
They need to do better on the customer service here in the USA. They would do great business if they put customers first.
I ordered a dress with the thought that I might have problems, but it is beautiful, well made and fits perfectly. The tracking number allowed me to follow the package and within 3 weeks I had my item, looking exactly like it was pictured. If I had bought this at Neiman Marcus it would have been at least 500.00 dollars because the workmanship is so beautiful. I would order from the same designer in a heartbeat. Maybe other designers have problems that have been stated below.

They were worth what they cost and four times more. They are truly designer quality. The sizes do run small so make sure you use their measuring chart. Mine were a little to small, the company was more than happy to let me exchange. But instead I am going to give them to a friend and order more. Completely Happy!
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
