I placed 2 orders with them. One i received the end of last year and the other is on the way. The style was ok but the size was different depends on the item. For the first order, i bought 3 items of small size and 1 item of medium size because small size was out of stock. All 3 small size were ok but 1 medium size were small then the small size. (I think it was labeled wrong.) Delivery is very late maybe it will take 2-3 weeks because It's from China and I chose free delivery. I think Stylewe is good for Asian or small people due to size matter. If you are ok with size, quality is not bad compare to other online shops. One of the second ordered item was cancelled and refunded due to out of stock. I've confirmed with paypal and the money was refunded as informed.

After my review posted and I sent four additional emails to the company, I have received a response! They have credited me for the portion of the order I did not receive. I am returning the items and will update.
At this point, I am keeping an open mind regarding this company. There is a part of me that feels I would not have received a response had I not posted a review on SiteJabber. Another part feels my frequent emails helped. In either case, I feel I have spent too much energy on this process (my character flaw) and the experience has not been pleasant.

The track delivery feature is bogus in that it says an estimated date and then when that date comes, a new, later date is reflected. We are so sorry for the delay in shipping. Due to Chinese new year holiday, your orders were stuck for a period of time in HK. Normally, our delivery time is 2-5 business days of preparing the orders and 7-10 business days of shipping (3 to 5 for express shipping).
A couple of weeks ago I have placed an order at STYLEWE. Becaus of my experiencese of ordering stuff from companies abroad I was prepared to wait for weeks until it might arrive which I think is quite normal. Anyway, it took them one week to ship it to Germany. I have received a beautiful andd well sewed woolen green dress an a thick woolen high quality pullover. Though the products had benn produced in Asia both has fit my size - I am 1,71 m tall and 56 kilo usally wearing a size s or European size 36/38.
I have to say that I always wonder why there are so many bad reviews - maybe it is bad experience but I also suspect that many people only write down a review when something went wrong - I understand this since it took me a while until I have written mine :).
From my side I recommend the company without hesitations.

Additional info after StyleWe's response: I did email a photo of the knockoff Burberry label to you. I got a response offering a 20% refund if I keep the item. I ordered 4 dresses from this company, before the holiday. I recognized that it may take a bit to get to me, but I never thought it would take weeks. I looked at my account as it said the order was "processing" for nearly 10 days. Once I contacted them, they said, " it has been delayed because of the holiday" but then was sent the next day. Upon arrival, the fit on ALL dresses was terrible. I returned the dresses to the allocated destination, got notification that USPS delivered the package and now it has been over 12 days, with no one has contacted me after 3 emails, and of course, no phone number to call. StyleWe did contact me. They stated they cancelled one portion of my order and issued a refund but shipped the other portion. Odd considering I cancelled the ENTIRE order before anything was processed.
In their defense, they did ship the one item express at no cost to me.

I placed an order on 02/02. After not seeing any kind of activity (including a tracking number), I decided to cancel the order today 02/04. Because the website did not give a status of my order (22J*******) I knew I was going to be subjected to the 15% restocking fee because it has been more than 24 hours since I placed the order.
I sent an email requesting the order be cancelled. I received an standard response email that it will take 3 days to contact me. Ironic they have gotten paid but no action on my order. About an hour after my cancellation request they sent me an email showing the two items I ordered now have four (4) sub-order numbers! I'm getting a funky feeling I've been duped. I contacted PayPal and have sent an inquiry to StyleWe through them requesting my money back. My next step is to contact my credit card company and open a fraud claim.

This company is a ghost who is stealing money. My experience:
The Order: I ordered five items from StyleWe from their different designers. This website shows a wonderful display of modern, chic and beautiful clothes, but the actual products do not match the pictures. I received the order after three weeks and realized that the package came from China.
The clothes: the sizes of the clothes are completely off. I'm normally a size medium or large depending on the brand. For this order, I order all clothes large. These clothes were extra extra small. The sizes are designed for very small people. Their sizing chart is completely inaccurate. The fabrics and colors did not match the pictures on their website. The colors, material, and sizes everything was wrong.
The refund: I sent them an email and follow step by step their instructions through their website to request a label, ship a package, provide proof of shipment to obtain the refund three business days after they received proof of the package per their policy. After several request through their website their last message was that they are away due to the New Year's Holiday. Huh! Clearly, the company is in China since it is February in the US. At this point, I dispute the charge with my credit card. Currently waiting for my bank to complete their investigation and credit my account.
I believe that this is a scam company. They are advertising a company as if they are in the US. This is a Chinese company and the items ship from China. This is something they should disclose on their website. The product is not what is shown in the website. If you have a question, there is no one that you can call. There is no customer service. There is no phone numbers to call. The only way to communicate to them is by sending them an email through their website. Then a automatic genetic email is sent back to your email indicating that they received your message and will reply to you sometimes within 24 hour sometimes 48 hours or sometime depending if there is a holiday in China.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
