I have been a customer for about 5 months, and so far I have received very good service, and their products (dresses, tops, sweaters) have all been very good quality at reasonable prices.
I took a chance ordering a dress after reading many mixed reviews. The dress arrived today, sooner than I had expected. It fit well (I ordered a large instead of my usual U.S. medium because the dress was less fitted and because of the difference in Asian vs American sizes.) and was what I expected. I have not worn it yet, so cannot comment on how the garment holds up, but seems like it will last with a bit of care. I am hoping for the same results with future orders. The dress designs, in particular, on StyleWe are not typical department store or box store styles, which I really like.
I ordered a black Soleil Kim dress. It fit perfectly and looks so great on me. The color was as expected, Over all I am very happy with my cloth.

3/7/16 edit --- After I wrote this review, I received a response and, eventually, a refund for the returns. It only took from November to March. I still would not recommend the website (given this experience and the ill-fitting clothing), but I at least do not feel like I was scammed anymore.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND! I ordered from them and had a few things to return, so I emailed them. They promptly responded with an address and I sent the return. That was nearly THREE MONTHS AGO. I still have not received my refund for over $400! So, unless you want to throw your money away, DO NOT order from this website.

So far my experience with StyleWe is good. My orders were good and the clothes fitted me and my sister.
Everything I ordered came after 2 weeks. There were no missing parts and the stuff I ordered (various dresses and coats) are really good and fit me. Talked once with customer support to ask several questions about my order and they were helpful. Cool website that I frequently visit and will buy more stuff from.
The two dresses and the coat I've ordered arrived on time and they look the same as on the website. I fit in perfectly and I got them for a great price. StyleWe has shown to be good for me so that is why I'm frequently on the site searching for new clothes. Great and I recommend them!

Our 'contract' consisted of me providing money to StyleWe to where StyleWe would provide a good. Well the good was never received, so my money should be returned. I ordered three dresses from StyleWe. They came in the mail faster than i expected and were really pretty and well packaged. I kept one of the dresses and had to return the other two. All three dresses were great and i was sad to return anything, but the fit of two of them was not quite what i expected. It was no problem at all to return, and after i went through the return process i got an email response from customer service. Not a form letter, but a real person and they were very nice. It was even more impressive as it was chinese new year. My money was credited into my account quickly and an additional email was sent to notify me of the credit.
Fantastic service, and a fun place to shop online too.

I purchase 5 dresses - $447. I'm a size 10 US and ordered all XL to make sure they fit. Most didn't but even the one that did, split as soon as I zipped it up. I returned all items on Feb 5th and STILL have not received a refund. After many emails, they finally said - we'll send within 3 business days... that was over a week ago and still nothing. AND they deleted my account from their website! BAD SERVICE. Have escalated with Paypal!

Last month I ordered 8 dresses (over $700 in total) from StyleWe on an impulse after seeing an ad pop up on my computer screen. As an after thought I checked out this site and was immediately worried that I had made a huge mistake. I am happy to report just the opposite. Although the timeline for receiving my order was longer than I anticipated and I could not use any of the dresses ordered (too small), the quality of all the items was very good. I contacted their representative by email and received a reply back in less than 24 hours with the information and directions on how to return. I followed the directions and I am happy to report that I was refunded the entire amount within the three day time frame as stated. This order did not work out for me but I will be looking to order again in the future.

I ordered a dress that was beautiful and beautifully made. It arrived too late for my need and did not wear on me as I expected (no misrepresentation by company). I agree with other reviewer that I also am used to immediate delivery. I would have rated 5 stars except having to resend on my own and provide proof. It makes sense for a foreign company though. Customer service was not immediate as via email, but they were very professional, courteous, and helpful. That is something I am not used to these days!
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
