Just discovered the site from a Facebook advertisement. I was reluctant to shop online due to the recent stories regarding cheat products associated with the Facebook advertisements. Much to my surprise I was completely satisfied with the products. I found that it is important to read the product details to ensure that the material and sizes are what you expect before ordering. I agree the delivery times can be long but they are coming from around the globe and I appreciated the updates on my StyleWe account which tells me the status of my items and a text to my phone the day of delivery. Great prices, styles and quality.
Great service by stylewe I ordered Embroidery Paneled Mini Dress, Paneled Foral Mini Dress and Printed/Dyed Silk Mandarin Dress, they delivered within my expected time period and they all fit perfectly.
I'm not even sure where to start. I have NEVER had such a horrendous experience with a business ever before. I ordered several dresses from this company. The website looked great - the concept is great. When I opened the package, I was immediately alarmed when I found no return form. There was a receipt that said if you want a return, you have to e-mail the company, then wait for a response from them with further instructions. WHAT?
Second, the dresses were each packed separately, and when i opened a couple of the plastic bags, the dresses smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.!
Third, only one of the dresses fit. The rest were way too small, even though I used their sizing chart, and even ordered a size up (medium) from what i normally wear (small). So I found that the sizing was way off.
Fourth, when I e-mailed for instructions to do the return, I received a long, very complicated e-mail about how to make the return. I had to make copies of everything, and *take a picture* of my shipping receipt and e-mail it to them to prove I sent it.
Fifth, despite the fact that i had gone through all the necessary steps of the return, they only refunded me PART of the amount of the returned merchandise. I contacted them immediately and asked why I only received part of the return. Days later, I received a reply which said they had completed the refund. I contacted them again, stating in no uncertain terms that they still owed me $155. About a week later, they wrote again, saying they had completed the return. I NEVER RECEIVED THE FULL AMOUNT FOR MERCHANDISE I SENT BACK TO THEM.
Again, I have never, ever, experienced anything like this. NEVER will I buy anything from this company again.
I've encountered no major problems with shipping and returns. I'd like to order more but am very hesitant (returns are expensive). The styles and fabric prints are beautiful and very affordable (unless I have to keep returning). I wear USA sizes 4/6 and have had to return everything except a coat I ordered in size L. The coat is too big, but it's easier to take something in than let it out. I kept the coat only because I had returned everything else but now regret keeping it. The color is more of a girlish, cotton-candy pink than shown on screen; I have no idea if I'll ever wear it, but it's now too late to exchange for a different color. I really, really want to be able to order more from a company that offers such a variety of beautiful fashions; but as the reviews show, experiences with fit are very uneven. I think it's not reasonable to expect instant shipping and impeccable English grammar, but I would like better guidelines for estimating fit. Surely not every garment is meant to be worn only by toothpick-shaped runway models.

So I came on Site Jabber and gave Stylewe.com a bad one star review. I hear from then like 2 days after with the instructions to return my merchandise. (1) they gave me a local address (2) the instructions for returning was clear and doable (3) it cost me a mere $6.80, not bad (4) I sent them a copy of my receipt with tracking number and the refund was executed (5) I received an email from PayPal but they put a damper on my refund stating it may take 30 days. This is not Stylewe.com fault simply sharing facts. (6) once the return was executed stylewe rep Lanny stayed in contact with me up to the point of the actual refund (7) Stylewe has saved their relationship with me in the return process, I only hope they can get the sizing issue correct in their garments and they will be a GOLDEN go to resource for buying fab garments! Here's hoping cause I'm going to try to buy something else from them, so Stylewe get your quaility-sizing right please. A sizing chart in USA sizing would be very helpful for your site. Stylewe.com is a great online shopping site. I heard about them from a friend. I give it a try, there was no delay in delivery and found them to be great in quality.
I have ordered from stylewe three times and I am pleased with their ordering process, delivery time, and quality of products.
I ordered several items in more than one size as I really wanted a dress for an upcoming event. I had planned to return what didn't work. I had no idea this company was from China... my bad. The six items came in three different shipments. I had to wait to get all of them before the website would show a return button to allow me to make a return. So, finally I processed the return of all items and it says I will get "approval" in 24 hours. Well its been 48 and I've heard nothing. They also want you to send "proof of return" with your package, which can be a picture of the package you are returning? What? If you don't send them this, then they take three weeks to process the return once they receive it in China. At this rate, I don't expect to see my money back for a couple months. If at all. It is like they are making it as difficult as possible to return an item. And I'll be curious how much I have to spend to ship 6 items back to China. Wouldn't be surprised is this debacle costs me $50 and I have nothing to show for it, except alot of hassle and wasted time. I ADAMANTLY advise you not to order from them.

I saw all of the negative reviews on this site only after I ordered three dresses. I thought, "Ok one and done" if they're right about the customer service problems. I had no problems at all. Got a confirmation email of my order right away, then a confirmation of shipping about 5 days later, got 2 out of 3 dresses about 2 days after that, and the last dress a few days later. 2 of the dresses were nice but just didn't look great one me and the third was perfect. I had no problem returning and got my money back within three days of submitting proof of return. I will definitely order again
Stylewe is good, if you don't need to return anything or place a subsequent order. I have been trying to return items but have not received a return authorization or even an address to which to ship the items. I contacted stylewe because you need to login to initiate a return and after I registered and placed an order, my login credentials were not being recognized. Even when I tried to use the functionality to find or reset my password, it said they didn't find the email. However, they sent emails about the order to my account. After telling me to try an email that is not my e-mail address and didn't work, I haven't gotten any other response from them. Can someone please provide the warehouse address to return items? I live in NY and understand from these posts that there is a return address in NY. Please advise.

I ordered 2 coats one was out of the stock by the time they shipped it to me, another when I got was missing belt. Quality of the coat is great, but runs small, I returned it and on March 5 one of the representatives confirmed that they will issue my refund within 3 business days, but today is March 21, and the package that I returned was long delivered, but I still didn't get my money back. And this is a headache!

I had an issue with an order (all my others orders came in perfect and quickly) and I emailed StyleWE. They promptly responded and made the situation right above and beyond what I was asking. I was so grateful for the great customer service experience and I love the clothes and the prices!
It is very hard to find unique and stylish clothing as beautiful as what is offered by the designers of Stylewe, unfortunately the sizing is unbelievably small. The return process is an absolute nightmare- just when I thought I was never going to see my $774.96 again, I managed to break through the automated email returns, holiday delays, the missing Return/Exchange button, and the unacceptable number of steps to actually return a product (including take photographs of the package, etc). I did finally get my refund. Unfortunately, this company is not prepared to do business in the USA.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
