Ordered cuase I saw them on instragram and they looked cool. Never thought they would be made to order and take 2 months literally to get to me. So I'm here to say don't order from them they are in China and their customer service is less than good. The headset does not work after waiting 2 months and dealing with poor customer service, you cannot get a refund and the broken headset they say on the site they'll replace but I didn't even bother to go thru trying to get a pair that will work. The instructions are only in their language which I'm not sure what purpose that serves knowing they are sending merchandise to the United States so even if they did work I would be left to figure out usage on my own. When I did contact custumer service they would respond, item is coming ad close the ticket. The website only shows a blue bar the shipment is coming but gives no clear idea of ETA or exact location like USP or Fedex. It's sad really. I'm mad at myself for even thinking the instragram promotion was reputable. Instragram should not allow these companies from China to advertise without saying it's coming from there and made to order. Who even does that? I would not mind made to order if when it arrived it worked! I paid for garbage and learn my lesson not to buy merchandise from instagram that do no allow returns.

So I came on Site Jabber and gave Stylewe.com a bad one star review. I hear from then like 2 days after with the instructions to return my merchandise. (1) they gave me a local address (2) the instructions for returning was clear and doable (3) it cost me a mere $6.80, not bad (4) I sent them a copy of my receipt with tracking number and the refund was executed (5) I received an email from PayPal but they put a damper on my refund stating it may take 30 days. This is not Stylewe.com fault simply sharing facts. (6) once the return was executed stylewe rep Lanny stayed in contact with me up to the point of the actual refund (7) Stylewe has saved their relationship with me in the return process, I only hope they can get the sizing issue correct in their garments and they will be a GOLDEN go to resource for buying fab garments! Here's hoping cause I'm going to try to buy something else from them, so Stylewe get your quaility-sizing right please. A sizing chart in USA sizing would be very helpful for your site. Here's hoping.
