Style has many unique dress designs that you cannot find in other site, their dresses always make me look different, my friends do ask me where I got it and I will end up recommending stylewe to them.

I received a refund from StyleWe after filing a case with Paypal. I think they should make it clear on their website that things are being shipped from China and processing takes time. If they were honest about their business model, it would feel more comfortable to me.

Ordered a dress (thank god- just one), wasn't satisfied with the quality, mailed it back. StyleWe received it 3 weeks ago (I have a proof). I emailed them 3 times since then asking to refund me - no reply. Do not order from them!

This could be a scam to get your personal credit info and home address. Beware! Do NOT order from Stylewe. And if you have ask your financial institution to send a new card.
I ordered a dress at the end of may. It was never delivered. I reached out to "customer service" and was told it was delivered by SF. Called SF to be told it had never reached U.S. then was told that SF sent it to FedEx and fed ex used USPS. The track8ng number is invalid for all 3 shippers. Each time I email "customer service" 'Max' or 'Hallie' tell me something else I need to do. They are not researching at all. They just give me further badly worded I instructions. No assistance at all. See below for details of my research.
This is a complete fraud. The pictures of fashionable items are cute but it is a complete scam. DO NOT WASTE your money with this site. Also it could be a way to steal your personal info and home address so proceed with caution...
July 5:
I called SF Shipping. They say that they did not handle the shipping at all.
They said that the dress was sent directly to FedEx and the tracking number **************563) is with FedEx.

I logged on to Fed Ex and got the following:

The shipper of your package selected FedEx SmartPost® as the service type for your package. FedEx SmartPost uses the U.S. Postal Service to make the final delivery.

The package should have been left where your packages are normally delivered by your postal carrier.

Please contact your local post office for more information about the delivery. You can get the phone number for your local post office by calling *******777.

I called the USPS using the number above, entered the Tracking number and was informed that there is no status of the tracking number.

I ordered a "maxi" dress that was supposed to be 100% cotton according to the description on the website. When I received it, the label on the dress said 70% polyester 30% cotton. Also, it was easily eight inches shorter than the dress in the photo. I had no idea they were shipping from China. Had I known, I would have never ordered from these guys. Misleading descriptions and really expensive return fees.

UPDATE:
So it turns out this site is not nearly as sketchy as they first appeared, although I still will not order from them again (which is why I am leaving the rating at one star). I ordered the maxi dress in two sizes. They were shipped in two different orders that for some reason arrived about two weeks apart. The small is the one I mentioned before that was way too short and labeled as a poly blend and not cotton. When the medium arrived it was immediately clear that the small must have been a trial run or something because the medium matched the website picture and measurements. The small and medium were basically different dresses. Also the medium was 70% silk 30% cotton or 100% silk depending on which of the two labels you read. Neither size was 100% cotton.

This was confusing and misleading, however I will say the customer service department was on point. They amended the website description of the dress based on my feedback. They responded promptly to both my emails and to the review I left on sitejabber. They refunded me shortly after I sent a picture of the return shipping receipt and also refunded my return shipping which wasn't that expensive after all. The returns go to somewhere in New York and not in China like I had originally thought. Also I ordered a sweater along with the dresses that I love and get compliments on whenever I wear it.

So in conclusion, order at your own risk. You may or may not get what you thought you were getting. But they will refund your money if they make a mistake.

I bought some clothes from here for my wife a few months ago and she loved them! My 15 year old daughter kept asking when she would get to "dress like mom" and so for her birthday I made sure to get her some matching outfits! She was so happy she wore them around the house for days and took the chance to show it off at any point. They wear different sizes but when the clothes arrived they fit perfectly for both.

Vast improvement

After writing my review about Stylewe.com, customer service picked up the ball and immediately sent an apology and refund. One thing I forgot to mention is what first prompted me to buy a dress from style we.com - they have great designs, some of the most interesting I have seen in a long time. Just wish the end product was equal to the design. There is always room for improvement!

I ordered 2 dresses on line for the first time on 2/9/16. The first dressed shipped on 2/16. I loved the dress. I put it on and zipped it up and the zipper completely broke. You have to send an email message to return the dress so I sent an email on 2/22. I got an email response that customer service would contact me in 24 hours. They never did. I sent a second email on 2/25. Again an automated email said they would respond in 24 hours but the never did. The second dress arrived in 2/27 and it is too small. I have no idea what to do! If anyone else has been in this situation which I can see from reviews that many have been, what should I do? Unless they get this resolved, I would never order again or recommend this company to anyone!

Horrible!

I ordered a dress on 1/21 and the shipping was delayed until 2/4. When I saw the dress, it was far from what was described: the quality was inferior and the size was way too big. Also this company dose not respond soon enough. I have sent back the item on 2/22 and emailed them the tracking # and a copy of the proof. They promised to refund within 3 days. I tracked my returned item and it was delivered to them on 2/27. I emailed them several times but no response. I am thinking of opening a dispute in PayPal. They are making so difficult to make any transactions hoping that their customers would give up.

Stay away!

I bought two dresses of the same type but different sizes (M and L). M was regular sale while L was final sale. By mistake I returned size L. Now they are keeping the dress and the money that I paid for it. I asked them to return either the dress ( I will pay for shipping) or the money I paid for it. They refused and offered me a $10 coupon for the purchase of $100. And this is for the dress that costs $115.
I AM OPENING A CASE ON PAYPAL AND IF THIS DOES NOT HELP WILL REPORT THIS COMPANY TO POLICE. This is stealing.

I ordered clothing on 2/6/2016, nothing is delivered by them after 3 weeks. I really hope this is not scam business. I wrote customer service and the reply shows "we'll update within 24 hours", but nothing again!
