I ordered 3 dresses which arrived in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, I have to return all 3 dresses as I am petite and the dresses are just a bit too long everywhere. I e mailed the customer service link (*******@stylewe.com) and received a reply within an hour or so. I e mailed them, clicked on the link next to my order and also e mailed with a question on how to return. I received all 3 responses within a couple of hours. The only strange part is I've now received 2 different return addresses so not sure where to send these back. I will update this review as soon as this is straightened out and let you know how the refund process goes. As for the quality of the dresses, just as pictured!

I wanted to post an update to let everyone know that my return experience was perfect. The return was seamless and they refunded my $ immediately. They had recently changed warehouse locations which is why I was different info but they quickly cleared that up for me. I did exactly as I was asked (read the return guidelines) and they promptly refunded my money. Also, they could not have been more attentive in responding to the many e mails I sent. I would certainly not hesitate to do business with them in the future. I have to say all of my fears have been alleviated and I am now a fan of the website, their customer service and the quality of clothing!
Order NO. 3C*******. I filed a request for return and still haven't heard from them. Their reply: "Thanks for contacting us. Your Return/Exchange request is received. Our customer service representative will review your request and get back to you in 48 hours". This material of the clothe is inferior, not as attractive as shown online. I bought it on 2016-03-12 17:14:33 EST but it was delivered on 2016-4-1, it took 20 days, not 7-10 days as they promised for free standard shipping. For delays, they will always tell you it's stuck at the custom, or somehow shipping delayed out of their control. I would like to get this refunded, please.

I ordered a dress on this sight in late January, paying extra for faster delivery. The dress finally arrived in late February (2/25/16 to be exact).
The quality of the garment was incredibly poor. The reviews which stated "cheaply made" did not do this garment justice. The quality was poorer than a Five and Dime Halloween costume. The fabric was an ultra thin rayon. The print was poorly applied. There was a jeweled neck, a few sequence poorly sewn around the collar. The seams were barely turned and sewn ends. YIKES! I decided the effort to return it to China was not worth it. The consignment store refused it (tags still on).
Beautifully displayed clothing. Their Advertising people should be commended. But beware their products.

I sent and email and received a quick response that I would be contacted within 48 hours. It's been 5 days and no one has responded to me. I just sent another email asking for a response. We'll see how long it takes. Very disappointed it should not be this difficult to return unwanted products

I ordered 4 beautiful dresses and waited 4 weeks for them to arrive (the website was silent about the delivery timeframe). All dresses had been advertised as US size 10, when the dresses arrived even my little sister size 8 couldn't fit into them.
Processing time for returns was unacceptably slow plus you have to pay for return shipment.
The website is very misleading, I will never order again, it is much easer and quicker to stop at the nearest mall. Online shopping should not be creating SO much pain...

Have had five emails about an order to get it returned. All I get is a link to the policies and an email repeating what the return policies are but no address to ship the items back.
They keep saying to click the button to the right of the order that says RETURN but I have sent screen captures to show them I actually have no such button for that order. The previous order I placed has a button to the right but not the one I want to return.
I am confused as to why their return address cannot be posted on their site to make things easier.

Really best online shopping opportunity. It is very easy to access and order through the website. Huge collection of different design dresses and opportunity to choose best dress from here. The quality of the dresses are great and reasonable in price. I definitely will order further!
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world.
