Great two skirts I ordered from StyleWe. Couldn't ask for more, great store. The delivery was on time.
To make a long story short, I liked the quality of the items I received but I had to exchange one of them because the color didn't look against my skin. It has been two months since I returned the item. I have attempted to contact them but have heard NOTHING from their customer service - no information about my exchange, no refund, no store credit. I can't foresee ever shopping with them again unless they resolve this issue for me.
Update as of March 31,2016: I logged into my PayPal account and I see that StyleWe refunded me the full purchase price for the item I returned. Much appreciated!

I decided to give StyleWe a try when one of the dress I liked was on 40% off sale. I ordered on 3/3 and it arrived on 3/26, so the shipping takes quite long (chose their cheapest shipping option). I reached out around 3/22 to see whats going on since DHL which they used to ship showed no progress after the parcel left China. Their customer service replied to me right away and told me on their end they could see its clearing US custom.
The dress does look and fit like the picture on their site and the size S I ordered fits me fine (I m 5' & 107lb). The dress's fabric appeared on their site to be a lot more vibrant than in person (to be fair their last/zoomed in picture is pretty true to how the fabric looks in person) but the jacquard fabric is of good quality over all and its well made over all. The sleeves fit a bit loose so to have the dress look as stylish as on website they will need to be taken in. Since the dress is fully lined its might cost a bit but consider I spent $55.99 (including shipping) its not bad - I think another $30 for alteration will get this dress to look like a real designer piece that looks stunning. So my take on StyleWe is its alright if you get items on sale and don't need it quick. I might order from them from time to time but I wouldn't order anything over $100 from them.

My experience with their service is not bad. I was scared to place order after reading so many negative reviews but still tried once. It turned out that the quality of the clothes is pretty good and the return/exchange experience is acceptable although it took a while (about 2-4 weeks). So far I have ordered 3 times from this seller and didn't run into any major issues. I love the design of their dresses. Some buyers complained about the size of the dress as lots of them are way too small. I think most of the designers are from Asia and the original target buyers are Asian women who usually wear size 0-6 (US size) clothes. That's why the size is running small and you will have to return them if you don't read the description of the clothes carefully (it is clearly stated the size for each clothes on their website, you just have to check it for each dress you are interested). There are a few things I would suggest the seller to improve in the long term:
1) free return: you will gain more customers if you pay for the shipping fee for exchange/return;
2) feedback: it will be very helpful if the customers can provide feedback/rating for each product on the website. Trust me, it won't harm your business as the quality of your product is good in general (based on my own experience).
3) prompt response: please respond your email promptly. That is very important to most of the customers especially when they are waiting for refund/exchange (at least let them know you are working on it)
I ordered two dresses. Here is the list of problems that I experienced.
1. A long time to receive items.
2. A poor quality. One item that I received was poorly patterned and tailored. I was not able to walk because there was not enough space around my hip/legs for steps (I ware 2P usually).
3. No phone number for customer services and no address/label for return.
4. Costumer services not doing their job: I was able to get the return address and what to do via e-mail. I also asked them to cancel the other item which I was still waiting after 3 weeks.
5. A lie: Costumer service replied my e-mail and said they canceled the other item and refund the charge within 3 days. Nothing happened!
6. No item and with a full charge: No money was refunded! Even after I send it back with UPSP tracking. I was charged for the item which I never received.

I ordered a floral max dress by QILI it arrived on time within 3 days I had it. But when it came, the sleeves were very small I contacted the company and I sent the prove of how the dress was fitting me. Nat replied to me in a few hours and she expressed her disappointment and appologized to me she promised to work with me. And since I love the choise of my dress I asked them if we could work together so I can have the dress altered locally instead of shipping it back to China they agreed and said they will refund me 20% and I should wait for it to show in my credit card in 3 business days. To my suprise I received an email through PayPal that a credit from this company has been made into my account this was within a few hours it dint even take a day. This company made me feel special their response was on point. They never gave me a run around they treated me as though I was in the store. When I check with my credit card company I noticed they had actually refunded the full amount plus my shipping wow I was given the dress for free thank Stylewe I will always shop on your website. I know that we all can't get the same satisfactory but I believe it's they way we react to things when they happen that determine the kind of treatment we receive from any company or even the people. Wonderful designs and lovely materials. I had ordered XL, but it was more like a size 8 or 10. I have asked the company if they could consider making larger USA type sizes. I really love the outfits and tried to see if one of my nieces could wear it. But she cannot. The way these outfits were made was top notch. Attention to details! I bought 4 dresses from this website. Wondering that if the materials would be as luxury as the ad-pictures. And when the shipment came, I do love all of the dresses, the fabric, the description are exactly as in the pictures, although I was a little bit confused about sizes. Since they were produced in an Asian country, sizes are one size smaller than US sizes, and ladies in Asian country uses to have smaller shoulders than Westerners. I addressed these issues to Tiffany and she handled it in professional manner and in less than 24 hours, even though the policy said in 48 hours. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will encourage my friends, they are waiting for my purchase's experience and will go for it. I would post my picture with one of the dresses to advertise for Stylewe. Wish your company will be prosperity and huge success. Your hard work will be paid. Again thank you.
More than a little disappointed in this service and wish I had done a bit more research before ordering. I ordered a beautiful dress mid-February for an event at the end of March (this weekend!). Plenty of time I thought to receive and return should I have any problems. I ordered a larger size than I would normally wear as I felt from their descriptions that the sizes ran small. After almost a week I contacted them to find out whether or not the item had shipped as I had heard nothing and received word very quickly that it had shipped and received tracking info. Three days later I got a stunning dress of good quality, BUT, it was too small. Followed the process and returned it promptly and asked for an exchange. I figured that if they shipped the replacement in a timely manner then I would still receive it well before needed. So here we are almost 2 weeks later and my event 3 days away.
Today I went out to buy another dress.
If it arrives before Friday morning, I can still wear it, provided it fits, otherwise I will be wading through what will no doubt be a headache to return it.
It's a real shame. The clothing they offer can be quite lovely and unique, but it is doubtful that I would ever order from them again.

I have recently moved from the United Kingdom to Vermont where I have struggled to find comfortable fashion that resembles what I used to know in Europe. I tried a couple of different websites and StyleWe is The One. All of the dresses I've ordered have fit well with no alterations needed and don't wear and tear as easily as many other online fashion retailers. I'd highly recommend them!

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world.
