I just got the silk dress that I ordered within a week, this order came from Singapore. I was very hesitant to order after having read negative reviews. Quality was nice. I bought a trench coat. Sleeves were half way up my arm and extremely tight. I wear a size 10-12 and purchased a Large. It said they would be 26 inches long and they are not even close. Took forever to arrive as well. I would order from this company if the sizes weren't so odd and it didn't take weeks to arrive.

Thanks to SiteJabber my refund issue has been resolved after several followup emails/messages. I wish they have a toll free number or a site chat tool which would make shoppers life easier. I revised the rating from the current 1 star to 2 stars. Not convinced with their business model of Outdated Customer Service, even though fabric and design of the dresses are of fair quality.

I ordered a total of 12 dresses over four separate orders. I had to return three dresses. But, I got refund for only one of the three returns. I sent four emails so far to Lanny. He did not reply to any of my messages so far. Here is the email text I sent him:
Hello Lanny,
I returned three dresses. But, I got refund for only one dress, which is the green dress TOOTANG
When am I going to receive the refund for the other two dresses OULIE and NEXIIA?
I sent all three dresses in the same return package via USPS. Attached are the photos of return mail.

I was wondering about a good online store to purchase a gift for a special friend of mine and you totally made my day! The red color maxi gown I bought for my friend was simply awesome. It was quite a challenge for me to pick a product from the large variety of products displayed on the site, but since I knew her taste, finally I decided to buy this maxi gown.
The material was in superior quality and the design was perfect. The designer (Bluefasion) has done the measurements precisely. It was well-knitted and seamless in finish.
The devilry was super fast, of course. It took only one week (just like they have mentioned in the site) to reach my door step. The packaging was presentable too. Going through the products was simply a smooth experience. They were nicely organized making it so easy for me to jump into the product I was looking for. I am planning to buy more and more products in near future. This is simply a great shopping experience and I have already recommended it for several friends of mine. Thanks a lot again!

I am happy shopping at stylewe.com, I ordered Gathered Polyester Jumpsuit and just got it. And it look exactly like it was made for me.
The dress I received was beautiful but too small. Returning anything to China is a nightmare and it cannot be tracked... past experience so I chose to keep it and sell it on my own. I only gave it 3 stars cause it ran small, it had a horrible odor I had to get it dry cleaned. I also noticed there is no tag on it. It took a long time to receive. When I ordered it I did not realize it came from China or I would not have ordered it. I'm trying to buy American/Canadian.
I submitted a Return/Exchange request over a week ago and was sent a reply saying I'd be contacted within 48 hours - as indicated on their website, they'll contact with a return address and how to send proof of shipment for refund. I've heard nothing back despite emailing again, and resubmitting the Return Request a second time. In reading these reviews, I'm somewhat concerned they're delaying so I'm then outside the 30 day Return/Exchange period. I have no idea how to get a response?!?
