I should have listened to the reviews on here and on other sites. It has been 2 weeks since the order was placed and stated it was shipped. For days there was no movement on the DHL tracking number they gave me, so I wrote DHL and they stated they had not even received the package to start being delivered despite an email from StyleWe saying they had shipped it! I wrote StyleWe about this and got the usual auto-reply stating they would be in contact within 48 hrs. NO CONTACT. Some movement on the package was finally happening but then stated it would take 10-15 business days from THAT DAY NOT from time ordered or time it was allegedly "shipped". I wrote them twice again about this issue and to this day still NO RESPONSE. I want a refund on my order asap but doubt I will ever get a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
UPDATE: Lanny states they sent it out immediately... they sent an email out stating they sent it out 3/23/16... but after no movement on the DHL tracking number they provided and ZERO response from me writing them twice about it, I wrote DHL and they did not drop the package off to DHL for shipping until 3/30/16. That is 7 full days of no movement! That is not immediate. Then on the site it states "Shipping: Our standard shipping is with postal mail. It takes 7 to 10 business days to deliver to most of the locations worldwide. Our Express delivery is with DHL. It takes 2-3 business days to deliver. " After more unresponded inquiries from this company, I wrote DHL again and they state that this companies packages have a 10-20 shipping time and that does not include customs or USPS shipping. I am now requesting a refund, lets see how smoothly this goes :/

Got it 2 days earlier. At first look the skirts color looked bit different as I saw on website before ordering. It was brighter and more sharp. First I thought to change it but Later I decided to keep it because it was awsome when I weared it was fit perfect and looking amazing. I realy love it!
The dress i received was too big. I have been trying to get a return authorization since 3/28. All I got back was an email that customer service representative will review my request and get back to me within 48 hours. I am just not happy at this point.

I love the amazing selection of dresses on this site. The quality is great for the price. Only note is to be careful for sizing. I'm usually an S in most things but on StyleWe I'm an M. Just check the measurements before you order!

To my surprise, I had no trouble with this seller whatsoever. StyleWe has surprised me with the selection of their selection: the quantity, the styles, the quality and the different designs. I am delighted.
One of my orders with them, had to be returned. They sent me the wrong color. In contrast with what I expected, I got a reply already the next day and the customer service was really reasonable and professional. I got my dress in the correct colour.

The website was easy to maneuver and the dress fits perfectly (and I am a hard to fit (African American with curves!). If the dress arrived in 7-10 days, rather than about 30, I would rated the experience much higher. I love the dress so much, I bought a second one in black.

I received a dress that is different than what is described on the website. The details on the neck and arms are totally different. I submitted a Return/Exchange request 4 days ago and was sent a reply saying I'd be contacted within 48 hours. I've heard nothing back. I am very disappointed, and still now i cant return them. I don't recommend anyone to use this site for buying anything.
UPDATE: After a couple emails with customer service. I still can't return my dress. The customer service, May, emailed me that they will undertake the shipping cost because they sent the wrong dress to me but she didn't send me a prepaid shipping label. She just copied and pasted the company's return policy, which says that I have to place a proper shipping postage. I emailed back, another customer service replied me back with exactly the same text. I emailed back again, they still answered me with the return label without prepaid shipping label. I am so tried of this company. They are wasting my time. I paid $146 for this dress and $12 for the express shipping. Now they are not responsible for the mistake they made. I think I might have to pay to ship this dress back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company.
