My Style

My experience with shopping with stately, has been the greatest most non-stressful shopping experience I have ever had. The stylist has completely changed my wardrobe and now I am looking more professional and socially approachable! I also like very much, the fact that, when one of my packages was delivered and it had been opened with items removed, Stately wasted no time in correcting the issue. Most department stores always want to give you a hassle! For me stately is the way to go and it's the way I will always go. Two thumbs up Stately! 😁😁

Slow.

I think that the outfits that are put together are okay. Sometimes the boxes are awesome and other times the boxes completely ignore the style choices that I have marked in my profile. I find myself having to return items in almost every box I receive. The return process is easy but it takes so long to replace items that I have already paid for. For example, I returned a couple of items on Oct 12th... I am writing this review on Oct 26th... The time between returning and replacing items is way too long.

One very happy customer

I thought this might be a bit risky, what if I didn't like the clothes or what if they didn't fit properly?
I am happy to say, I have liked everything I have received and the fit has been perfect.
I really like having someone put together stylish outfits that I can just open and hang in my closet, ready for going out.

Extraordinary quality and service!

I have tried other clothing and styling services similar to Stately, but when I received my first box I noticed this was different and upon opening my box and trying each piece that this was a top of the line service. I could tell my box was specifically tailored for me based on my profile preferences, likes, dislikes, and overall personality. I am extremely happy and I just look forward to getting my next box.

Meets most of my needs

Stately has generally been able to hit the mark on my requests, but it seems like a lot of extra effort to blindly receive goods, then have to ship them back if they don't fit or aren't needed as part of my wardrobe. It would be nice to have a preview of the items before they shipped to decide if anything should be exchanged before the box goes into the mail. Seems like it could save, time, money and make the whole process a little 'greener'.

I recently received my 1st box in my Regal Plan. I was totally amazed at the quality and fit of every item. The selections worked together which gives me multiple new outfits. The letter included from my stylist with how to combine these items was so helpful too. My stylist did an amazing job.

The service has been better than expected.

1 first box was awesome. The 2nd was so-so. After feedback to my stylist the 3rd box was back to being awesome. I work for a bank and having some dress down Friday attire is really what I'm looking for. Some date night ideas have been fresh too.

Statelymen has been a very nice surprise! Of course, I was a bit skeptical at first, but my skepticism was immediately laid to rest after receiving my first order! As always, Stately Stylist Hertha did a great job! The time & thoughtfulness were clearly evident in the items included in my box. I especially like my Vustra Shackleton and my Liverpool crew neck sweater. These items will be great as solo pieces as well as when worn together. Stately continues to be fantastic!
