Stately has generally been able to hit the mark on my requests, but it seems like a lot of extra effort to blindly receive goods, then have to ship them back if they don't fit or aren't needed as part of my wardrobe. It would be nice to have a preview of the items before they shipped to decide if anything should be exchanged before the box goes into the mail. Seems like it could save, time, money and make the whole process a little 'greener'.

As always, Stately Stylist Hertha did a great job! The time & thoughtfulness were clearly evident in the items included in my box. I especially like my Vustra Shackleton and my Liverpool crew neck sweater. These items will be great as solo pieces as well as when worn together. Stately continues to be fantastic!

Statelymen has been a very nice surprise! Of course, I was a bit skeptical at first, but my skepticism was immediately laid to rest after receiving my first order! If one takes the time to be detailed with their preferences, the stylists will absolutely nail your box! I am a super satisfied customer and have no intention of ever not using Statelymen!

I recently received my 1st box in my Regal Plan. I was totally amazed at the quality and fit of every item. The selections worked together which gives me multiple new outfits. The letter included from my stylist with how to combine these items was so helpful too. My stylist did an amazing job.

This is my second box and I have to say that both have been amazing. The clothes fit perfectly and it's been exactly what I've been looking for. I love the fact that it's not a monthly box and I can choose when I want another.

Having tried other box clothing services, Stately does the best at pushing my style forward for a very reasonable price. Very interesting and fun pieces that advance my personal style beyond what I might have picked myself (but I can take credit for them!)

For the first time in 2 years with Stately, I am thoroughly disappointed in the box I received today. Almost none of it is something I would want to wear. I specifically asked for business clothing this time, as opposed to the casual boxes I've been receiving, and instead all of this new box is casual. I can't wear any of it to the office.
I have figured out that you don't have the actual stylists take the consultation calls anymore - something that is disappointing in itself - but it is problematic when the receptionist who does the call gets it so utterly wrong. I specifically asked for a sport jacket and I got outerwear instead, an ugly "Taylor Vintage Heritage Waxed Canvas Jacket." I will not wear this; I don't need another piece of outerwear. I did not remotely ask for this.
The Chelsea boot is too similar to the chukkas I received last time.
The colors of the rest of the garments are most drab and boring, with the only exception being the Liverpool Button Mock Neck Sweater.
In previous boxes I've received classy, elegant dress shirts, which I need more of. Instead, I got yet another Henley and another short sleeve pocket tee. The Taylor Vintage chino is a casual pair I've gotten probably five times before. Don't you offer higher quality pants? Too casual.
The beanie and socks are fine, but I'm not a two-year Stately client to get accessories. You will have to rectify this mess or I am canceling my subscription. I am sick and tired of notetakers' miscommunicating my wishes and/or the stylist misinterpreting what I am saying.
This was such a let down. Please fix this.

Look at the other reviews and ask yourself why their average is around a 3 star. When it's bad it really is bad. Stately did not review my style profile, did not consider feedback on my returns and continued to send things I did not want. I kept maybe 3 items but had to send back every box. On top of it all they firmly stand by their terrible policy of no refunds. They claim it's covered in the FAQ but that doesn't make the policy any less terrible. My opinion of this company would greatly change if I could get my money back and move on. Instead I'm forced to take a credit and try to find something on my own in their online store. This is after the fact that my premium boxes had very little value. This is completely opposite of what they advertise. Seriously, give me my money back. I'll personally pay to ship back your clothes and let's call it even.

If there was an option to select that in style preferances I would. It seems to much like a generic mix of items that doesn't take into account what people want. The same dark neutral jeans in multiple orders, basics like a black belt, and ect. I tried updating the style preferances, and providing feedback over the 5 orders I received. I really liked the concept, but the selection is to basic bro. Litterally the only feedback I added to get to know you was "I dislike plaid and polos." and feedback from prior packages was "I hate polos. Like I will just throw it away if you send me another one". Yet, I am still getting Polo's with my orders.

Everything fits! Is the comment my husband always says! When you are 6'5, things do not always fit. The sleeves and pants are always the right length.
It has saved us more time and energy. It is the wardrobe hack you want for 2025.
We like to move the new in and push the old out with each box! Over time, we are building a capsule wardrobe curated to perfection, based on previous selections.
I would recommend to anyone who 1. Wants to look stylish. 2. Wants to save money 3. Wants to save time. 4. Wants to build a wardrobe.

I've been wanting to change my style up for a long time, I'd always see pictures of outfits I liked but could never find what I was looking for when I went shopping, then I saw an ad for Stately and thought I'd give it a try, after a few months of procrastination I finally decided to make the purchase, so far I've received 2 boxes and the sizes and style have been exactly what I was looking for, I gave some feedback after the first box and the second box I received was everything I asked for, it really takes the stress and time out of trying to shop for myself, I'm excited to receive my next shipment.

Sizing has been difficult. Shoe too narrow even though I said I wear a wide shoe EE. Pants have been too slim and our to baggy.
Brands all seem to be from the same manufacturer. Would have liked to see some Northface jackets, Brooks brother suit line, and other high end clothing as Stately brands themselves.
It is however fun getting a present for yourself now and then, just not fun if you have to go threw the trouble of returning items that are not your taste our don't fit correctly.

I had to make an exchange, and my options were to add the exchange to the next box or pay to have it sent immediately where as it cost nothing to have it sent immediately in the past. This change is unreasonable. Exchanges should be sent immediately at no cost.
