So far I've received three boxes and each one has been better than the next
The shirt and jacket sizes sent to me have mostly been too small. The shoes have been a nice surprise. The watches are junk. Overall just a so so experience.

I had high hopes for Stately Men, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the clothes themselves were nice, the return process was a nightmare that ultimately led me to cancel my subscription.
The main issue is their incredibly complicated and user-unfriendly return policy. When I needed to return items, I couldn't find any clear instructions on their website. It's as if they intentionally make the return process difficult to find or use. Even when I did manage to initiate a return, I was left guessing how to actually send the items back. I resorted to using the original box the clothes came in, hoping it would suffice.
After dealing with this frustrating process a couple of times, I decided to cancel my account. However, they had already sent another shipment. When those clothes didn't fit, I was shocked to learn that I couldn't return them without paying an extra fee. This felt like a slap in the face after all the trouble I'd already been through.
In conclusion, Stately Men is a hard company to deal with. Their lack of transparency and customer-unfriendly policies make what should be a convenient service into a headache-inducing ordeal. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company. You'll likely regret going down this path, as I did.

There are a number of issues with Stately, but I will say some of the clothing they have sent me, have been very good. I do not like how they charge my credit card nearly two weeks before the box is sent. I do not feel that my stylist views the pics I am including to show the "look" I am interested in. And some of the clothing is repetitive; I received the same color and styled slacks in my most recent order, that I received in my earlier box. Communication is inconsistent; and some policies are not good for the customer...for instance, you cannot return an item that they provided you as an exchange.

My experience is being positive so far. I've been a member for about 4 month and so far I have liked all the out fits. I have to exchange one piece so far that they sent me by error and they agreed to replace the piece because it was not part of my style profile.

Didn't get any emails for a long time. Suddenly started receiving like 4 everyday. I tried to unsubscribe but I guess in their world that means "Send me more emails." I just created a filter to where anything that even remotely contains the word "stately" straight to trash. You change the company name I'll change the filter. Ain't no limit of filters. I don't enjoy shopping for clothes and have dated clothes. I've had 3 deliveries and love the experience. It's fun to open the packages and the outfits are really nice. They are clothes I would probably never consider trying on but are really nice!

The pants are good. Shirt one is good. Shirt two is nice-looking; I went to try it on, and the button popped off the collar, and then a second button popped off the wrist/sleeve. Ugh. "Now don't be sad, because..."

I tried another box before. They flat out didn't listen to my needs. It was summer time 90+ weather. They kept sending me flannels sweaters and pants. They were ok for the future but it was summer. I wanted cool clothes to go out in in the moment not 5 months down the road. My First box was what I wanted a cool style for a guy in my 30s. That fit the time of year.

I wish I could give better regular feedback about every order. Then I could get better more consistent orders.
We do allow members to rate every item in their boxes! You should receive an email once your order is delivered to rate each item and the box as a whole. Your stylist uses this information to send other items in future boxes so we can make sure to knock it out of the park!
I'm glad that I am able to return the items I do not want. My boxes are typically half horrible and half home run. I will continue for a while but until I purge my old clothes, it's getting pretty tight. The quality is questionable on some items as they don't seem to look the same after one trip to the laundry. For a shirt to cost $125 and not make it through a wash cycle is a concern, and of course, then it's too late.

I like the clothes a lot. I have been able to branch out of my "norm" and use some new styles. The issue is that (for example) I have asked that my pant size change to 32 versus 33. I have asked three times and yet they keep sending me the wrong size. I also noted that I live in Florida and it's Summer. Why would they send me a black suit coat. I don't need suit coats, I said that previously, they keep coming.
The shoes they send every month are nice, but how many can I possibly wear? It would be nice to be able to mix it up a bit. Overall the quality is good. I will keep the service so long as they start LISTENING to my requests.
The communication is horrible. Also I never received a return label after paying for expedited shipping.
I am pleased with the clothes that have been delivered in my three shipments. There is a great variety to the clothing and I'm very happy with the look and feel - nothing feels "cheap" and I am VERY happy with how I look. I've recently lost 70 lbs and completely at a loss for how to dress my smaller body - your designers have been fantastic for me.

I've received 2 boxes so far and both contained the wrong sizes. I wear a 33 pant and they sent me size 38. In the next box I received a shirt for a tall person. I'll stay with the service for a few more boxes and re-evaluate.

So far I been ok with the clothes not excited but satisfied, but my problem is if I'm paying you guys on the first why I'm waiting 15 days to 20 days to receive my package. You already know my style and what I want so why am I waiting 15 days plus last time I got something you sent the same shirt in the same pants before please don't double up and I would like more accessories
