Look at the other reviews and ask yourself why their average is around a 3 star. When it's bad it really is bad. Stately did not review my style profile, did not consider feedback on my returns and continued to send things I did not want. I kept maybe 3 items but had to send back every box. On top of it all they firmly stand by their terrible policy of no refunds. They claim it's covered in the FAQ but that doesn't make the policy any less terrible. My opinion of this company would greatly change if I could get my money back and move on. Instead I'm forced to take a credit and try to find something on my own in their online store. This is after the fact that my premium boxes had very little value. This is completely opposite of what they advertise. Seriously, give me my money back. I'll personally pay to ship back your clothes and let's call it even.

I really like the idea of the box. I have lost a lot of weight and slowly incorporating adult stylish attire without me having to think about it is a breath of fresh air. The only thing I wish I could do was personally talk with the stylish as my last box I had to return quite a few items. Overall, I am pretty satisfied, It will take time for my stylist to get on the same page but the value is definitely there.

I have been with Stately for quite some time, there have been some misses in terms of clothing selection (as expected) until the Stylist figured out exactly what I like. As a busy professional, I really don't have time to go to the mall (stores) and try on clothes. This truly has been a good experience; having curated clothing delivered to my doorstep.

It has been a unique experience joining the stately community. I explored a less expensive plan initially and had decent experiences in terms of the pieces that I have incorporated in my boxes. Now, I have worked with stately and upgraded to the most optimal plan and find that for me I Love what I am receiving. And in terms of my sizing and fit it's best for me to have some items tailored. So far I have received three boxes. The first box was rough. Most things either didn't fit or were not my style. Nearly everything in the box was returned for a different size or replacement item. Second box was a big improvement. Kept everything and will wear everything. Third box was good but not great. Have a return item that I have not been contacted about to return.
Like the concept of the service but I'm not a fan of being surprised by what's in the box. I would prefer to see the contents online, ahead of time so I can alleviate trying to coordinate returns. Shoes and belt in every box is growing tiresome as well. Can only use so many leather brown belts. Will give them one more shot and if I'm not happy I'll try another service.

I've tried other clothing subscriptions before and I've found that usually I'll like an item or two from each delivery, but for the most part I can't say I've been impressed. There are always hidden fees, and I never really know how to style the pieces I get. Stately has singlehandedly taken care of this problem for me, I receive high quality attire that I love each time. The stylist actually takes my feedback and I can see it reflected in what I've been sent. Zero hidden fees, you get everything they promise for the price they give you. I'm always excited for my next Stately order!

I've been using Stately for three months now and I continue to be impressed with my stylist selections. Everything I receive I have worn regularly. I have been hitting the gym and excercising a lot since I joined Stately. My body has transformed dramatically and as such, my original measurements weren't working for me. A quick note in the customize order area about my physique change and the next shipment was up to new specs and fit perfect. Love it
The outfits are matched nice just wish accessories were of better quality,ie watch bands to small and simple

Pretty sure i updated my box wants and didn't want slip on dress shoes any more, Box weak because they sent me or highlighted these stupid slip ons in my box. If i get another box like this I am done

Stately has been an amazing tool of transformation for my clothing style. Generally, the products are of high quality and my feedback has been well received. I have seen a progressive improvement in personalizing my items with each box. I would give it 5 stars for both the material benefits and the intangible effects of looking good. Great experience! Most of the order was fine. Sweater was correct labeled size but ran almost a full size too small. No option of a larger size, so have to wait for a replacement which may or may not fit. Also, slacks had belt loop torn off which I had to sew back on.

For the first time in 2 years with Stately, I am thoroughly disappointed in the box I received today. Almost none of it is something I would want to wear. I specifically asked for business clothing this time, as opposed to the casual boxes I've been receiving, and instead all of this new box is casual. I can't wear any of it to the office.
I have figured out that you don't have the actual stylists take the consultation calls anymore - something that is disappointing in itself - but it is problematic when the receptionist who does the call gets it so utterly wrong. I specifically asked for a sport jacket and I got outerwear instead, an ugly "Taylor Vintage Heritage Waxed Canvas Jacket." I will not wear this; I don't need another piece of outerwear. I did not remotely ask for this.
The Chelsea boot is too similar to the chukkas I received last time.
The colors of the rest of the garments are most drab and boring, with the only exception being the Liverpool Button Mock Neck Sweater.
In previous boxes I've received classy, elegant dress shirts, which I need more of. Instead, I got yet another Henley and another short sleeve pocket tee. The Taylor Vintage chino is a casual pair I've gotten probably five times before. Don't you offer higher quality pants? Too casual.
The beanie and socks are fine, but I'm not a two-year Stately client to get accessories. You will have to rectify this mess or I am canceling my subscription. I am sick and tired of notetakers' miscommunicating my wishes and/or the stylist misinterpreting what I am saying.
This was such a let down. Please fix this.
