The quality of courses are mostly garbage. Don't bother with these. They offer one thing and provide poor quality crap. Better find other Video tutorial sites. (Udemy, Lynda, thetreehouse)
Save your money and stay away from this site. Most courses offered can be downloaded freely from the internet. Those I bought with video are conducted by 3rd rate instructors

Items look like toys, really unreliable. They dont work at all and trying to get to accept that their item is defective... impossible! Good luck with having a working product nor getting youroney back! It's so often that people will go out their way to make sure negative things are hear. People who are happy are too often silent. I've been using Stack Social/Stack Skills for a few months now.
First of all their prices are unbelievable let alone their deals. A large majority of the classes provide lifetime access. These are classes from experts in their field. Anything one might interested in computers from programming, to graphics, app & web development to forensics is offered.
Stack Social/Stack Skills customer service support network are the best. They've responded rapidly when I had issues. I understand why they didn't offer refunds initially. Their package deals are incredible and it would be too easy for someone to use it up quickly and try and return them. I wrote them an email about something I was frustrated with and said why refunds shouldn't be available, transferring from one class to another should be if you find the instructor isn't one that will match your needs well. Not only did they respond, but they passed my email out around to the sales team. They now have a period of time in which you can get your money back if you are unhappy, and it's more than fair.
Great products, great deals, great classes! It's a great place to learn the skills for a new career. Their specifications are clear, I've never had issues with access or any of the things I saw posted in negative reviews.
Twice I have paid for a course and not been able to get into my purchase. Once was bad enough, but this is unexcusable. My best advice would be to stay away.

I don't know how they get such great deals at Stackcommerce (Stacksocial) but they do. I also had excellent customer service after I mistakenly duplicate ordered something. Highly recommended.
No matter how small the problem they respond very quickly. Most importantly they are easily accessible via email. There is are no time-consuming gauntlets of forms to fill out.
When I made a purchase I recieved a conformation email from the Vendor in which he did not have my name on the address as the reciever. I questioned SC about it and they gave me a response in less than 24 hrs, my name is on the package but wasn't on the conformation email they me.
The courses are outdated, you can barely hear the tutors voices, and if you can hear them, good luck, it's the worst broken English you'd ever hear. I know its not their fault, English is not their mother language, but come on, it's beyond a joke. I asked for a refund, they DON'T give you your money back, they give you store credit instead to spend it on useless courses. PLEASE GOTO UDEMY for amazing courses and content.

Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
