I've bought a few deals from this site in the past, and all have been great.
I had one recent login issue and the customer service was fast, communicative and solved everything!
My second purchase was a face mask with 5 filters. It took a very long time to get the item from the Stack Social vendor. When it arrived today (5/15), I opened it up and tried to put on. DOESN'T STAY ON & APPARENTLY since it was such a deal (over $20), it is NOT REFUNDABLE.
BUYER BEWARE!
Had to go through several emails, back and forth between the vendor and the producer to get what I asked and ONLY AFTER OPENED A CLAIM AT PAYPAL, my request was accepted.
Very disappointing about the way you treat your customers.
After reading all the disappointing reviews about this company, I have canceled my preemptive order of $360+. Why? Because at checkout everytime I tried to put a "special code" in to redeem the webpage fired back an "error code" but no valid reason as to why the code wouldn't work. Sometimes I couldn't access my cart because the button wouldn't work. I couldn't link this account to my Facebook account; again button issues. They offer the chance to "chat" with someone in customer support but that option doesn't really exist. You have to do some detective work to find their business phone # but it directs you back to the website... etc. Etc. FORGET IT! NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.
The wrong redemption code had been given to me so I wrote in asking for a new one, and within 24 hours I received a new code that worked perfectly. Love fast response times! Thank you!
I had my issue fixed in no time. Moreover I didn't need to explain it more than once while usually with other services you have to deal with many messages. Great.
I enrolled in a course where an internet coupon was offered and for some reason the discount didn't post. The support heroes resolved the issue in 5 days with no problems!
I have purchased multiple bundles from the site back to 2013 and they were originally easy to access, but now n suddenly my purchases have disappeared and the courses which remain are not accessible! I got no response from neither StackSkills, and Support Heros (online support group) told me go resolve my issue with the vendors because they do not know how to fix the problem! The LIFETIME access on the website is a lie. Do not buy from StackSkills. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
This is a scam site. They offer a coupon when signing up, but they don't deduct it. You are not able to cancel the order and delivery time is one month!
I have bought 2 courses at 199 USD and got charged 238.8 USD... I have sent many emails to ask for reason and corrections. Support is NOT answering the question: First answer was: You bought 2 courses... Yes I know, second was the bank statement shows EUR not USD... and therefore normal that it is different... NO bank statements shows 238.8USD... IT IS CRAZY!
Somehow I mistakenly opened two accounts with different email addresses. An issue with my cell phone required a hard reset and I lost access to the VPN Unlimited software I had purchased through StackCommerce. I tried to regain access to the software to re-install it, but was denied access. Not knowing that I had created the two separate accounts, I was unwittingly trying to access using the incorrect account. I contacted Customer Service and received a response informing me of the problem (two accounts/emails) and given instruction on how to proceed. I was also offered resolution of the two accounts by offering to merge them together. I accepted and again, within a short time, received notification that the action had been completed and confirmed.
I feel these guys went above and beyond what many companies would not bother with, giving quick identification of the issue and resolution of it without having to figure it out myself or actually do anything to get it corrected.
Thanks StackCommerce for your excellent service! You set a standard which few others have attained and which many others should emulate.
StackSocial is a fake website, they stolen my money three times with their fake offers.
They are not professional and always provide a very bad quality courses and very bad services like storage and VPN and finally they had an offer for full access EduCBA membership and i purchased it and then they said this is for business course only while the offer is to get full access for all courses of EduCBA. Please help others to stop dealing with such Swindlers and show others they bad practices.
I purchased an online software training course. I received an email with instructions on how to log on and receive the course. I was supposed to sign up for an account and the course would be in my account. Nothing is in my account. I emailed them three times for help with just an automated reply back but no help. There is no phone number on their website. I would not purchase anything from them again.
****UPDATE**** I finally got a response from Stackskills. See what garbage they wrote.

My prior review as "could not get it work". They contracted me and now working. Work good, but not as smooth as Norton Identify Safe did. Norton was having trouble with Firefox so I switched.
Super nice, helpful, useful, support who quickly resolved my issue. Support kept me updated on the status and what was going on. It took less than a day and just a few emails. Thank you!
They delivered to an incorrect address and asked me to sort it out with the delivery company directly. Took no responsibility on how it was delivered to a POBox when it wasn't the address I inputted. It took over 4 weeks to sort it out myself with the delivery company before I got the iRings i ordered.

Everything I've ordered has been of good quality & have been pleased with the prices. Was very grateful for the quick refund when an ordered item did not function properly.
The help desk at Stacksocial did stick with me during 2 days of proposed fixed that didn't work, until eventually landing a solution that did allow me to log in.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
